A short YouTube video by Peter Szabo offering a single, practical strategy for coping with coronavirus-related uncertainty: build small daily rituals that create certainty and control (examples: making your bed, daily meditation, affirmations). The speaker frames this as a choice to either regress or evolve during quarantine and encourages viewers to adopt routines to not just survive but thrive.

What to do with all the uncertainty stemming from the coronavirus. Hey, my name is Peter Szabo, and here's what I would do. I kind of learned over time that if there's a lot of uncertainty going on in your life, it's always a good idea to have something that builds that certainty, that grounds you. Even if it's as small as just kind of waking up in the morning and making your own bed. Because if everything goes wrong, but at least you got your bed made right, it'll put you in the right mindset starting the day that you have some control, that you can do something about it. So that would be my 1 tip. If you feel like there's a little bit of uncertainty, a little bit more stress, et cetera, because of what's going on in the world, I really, truly recommend creating that daily ritual, that routine of doing things that build that certainty within you. Whether that's making your bed and. Or maybe it's just your mindset routine, whether that's a daily meditation, memory flipping, maybe your affirmations, whatever it is, create a routine that you can do every single day that builds that level of trust, certainty, etc within yourself. You need to not only survive during these times, but to actually thrive. You see, the choice is yours. Are you gonna evolve and become a better version of yourself during this quarantine? Or are you gonna regress the baseline and get worse? The choice is really up to yours, and I believe you're gonna make the right choice. So with that being said, this is Peter Sabo, and do not forget these few tips that I mentioned. Bye.
