How big has that waiting list been in the past? Was it 2 or 3 months? Sounds like it's about 1 month right now. I'd love to hear more about that.
Yeah, it constantly varies, always ebbs and flows. And I am super close with ops in regard to where's our capacity at. We have a semi-monthly team meeting where we talk about it. And then in addition, every time we sign a PMA or if there's a bigger client with a batch of like if he's got 10 different houses or 25 or whatever, what's our capacity? What can I promise him before I make that promise type thing?
