The law requires all these other things like you have to have a signed property management agreement with a definitive start and end date and you have to, you know, only licensed agents can perform certain actions like negotiate this or that or open a tour and all this. So how are you handling that?
By learning a lot about the law, honestly. So we have PMAs, our landlords, too, for that exact reason. Even though the services we may offer during a given lease may not actually cross over to something that requires a PMA, we are doing PMA signing. For Autopilot or for everybody? For Autopilot, just Autopilot. So we're making sure we're covering ourselves from that perspective. And then similar, why, like right now we offer the self-guided tours, right? We're not sending just a random to do showings and things like that.
