Is my platform going to be happy I'm doing this, or are they going to begrudge me for leveraging these tools and getting access to my own data?
Again, philosophy. We feel like if we don't build the best version of it, you should be allowed to go shop for something else. We should either A, clean up our product and make it one you want to buy better, or— but we definitely shouldn't put a hurdle in the way of you buying it. So I know that we don't restrict like screening on our API, and we have competitors, people we compete with that are using an API to— our API to compete with us. That's probably not the best decision on our part, but it's also— if a customer wants to use a different product because it's better than ours, then that's something that we need to fix.
