A lot of leaders that we know has been in a role where they try to take control and be controlling, and they really, really, really want something to be good or great. And maybe there is a lack of trust that it will happen without them holding it very hard. But beyond the need for control is the wish for a greater thing to happen, the best, optimal thing.
