Getting to the Ultimate Result (in life and business)

How do you get people to the ultimate results? You know, not only relieve of suffering, but really getting them to something which is wilder than a dream. My name is Peter Swanning. I am a master coach maker. I run something called leadership art coaching and I have a model I'm teaching a lot and that is that people are stuck in their pain, in their ow. So I draw that out as an island, the owl island, where it hurts. And it might be they're stuck, might be that they're feeling they're not fulfilled, they're not living the dream and something's not working and they're burning themselves out, they're tired. And this is not the legacy they want to leave for the children. Well, for you, if you're a coach, it might be that you have started to realize that you want to lift others up but you don't know how or you have taken some beginners course in coaching and you don't feel like you're really mastering it and you don't, you know, maybe you don't charge enough or maybe you don't charge at all. Or if you're a low paid coach and you know, there's so much more in there for you, but you're holding yourself back. You think you're doing quite an okay job and you're good at like making this mind thing work better. But there, this is not extraordinary. So maybe you came out with some enthusiasm and like, yes, I'm gonna make a difference. And then you even made maybe signed up a few clients, but then they didn't really follow through, they didn't really change life. And next time you have a potential client in front of you and they're a little wobbly, they don't know if they should jump in and work with you or not. Your certainty that you are 100% certain, you will get them the outcome, you'll get them the ultimate result, you'll get them to something wilder than the dream in a very short time. Spanish that certainty is lacking. That's why you probably are not having the results and the success that you want. And here is the key. So one thing is that we enter the conversation in our prospect's mind. It's an old marketing saying. What does it mean? Find out what is the pain that is keeping them awake at night and then talk to that pain. But moreover, we need to find out what is the root cause of that pain. And that root cause is a deep spiritual truth. It's something that you need to realize for yourself. And when you realize that you can make such a transformation. We have a very simple three step framework to really transform someone's life. It takes a split second, but it's usually best done in a series of coaching over a few weeks where you get to really transform their lives and integrate it and make the difference globally, meaning in all aspects of their life. Then you have such tremendous transformational stories. So you get to speak and tell those stories, really appealing stories about someone who was stuck. Like where this coach who came to us and was stuck because she couldn't land clients. And when she had a few clients coming in, they didn't really get results. And she was starting to doubt herself. She was starting to give up on her dream. And then she knew that if she gave up on a dream, her purpose, her gifted world would die with her. And she felt such desperation. And she came to us and just in a few short sessions, I showed her the framework, but also how to work it from a deep state of being 100% certain that you are okay as a coach. She understood. She was 100% certain that she had the tools to transform nice. And that she can actually change the direction and the life of her clients and their families, her the clients, colleagues and co workers and community. And the rippling effect was enormous. And when she stepped into that, she had so much power. She said, I came in as an ordinary lady and I'm now capable of doing so much. I didn't even know this existed. That is a transformational story of what happens inside a program, what happened just this week, and that this is when you get your own transformational stories. You tell those stories and they're like magnets to the right people, to the premium people that wants to work with you and reach out and you get in touch with them. And that touch point can be in different ways, but what you do in that touch point is to find out what is your struggle and what is your joy, what is it that you're searching for. And most of the time people are so entrapped and entangled in their shit that they can't get all that shit out of their glasses and their view. So their dream is just get rid of the pain and it's getting better. But the dream that we'll get to is much, much deeper. So what you need to do is to actually find out what is the root cause of this problem and understand that in yourself, because it's probably the root cause of your problems as well. When you transform that, you can transform that in another person and walk them bridge to the dream and not only solve their problems, because that's quite easy from this new perspective. Yes, it is. But you get to bring them into the ultimate results. What they are really longing for. You know what that is? That is a sense of inner peace and calm. That is a sense of freedom, of joy, like happy for no apparent reason. Just like being joyous and happy and waking up with a smile and eagerness and enthusiasm and this flow of love and being in loving service, surrendering your life to being of that greatness and then living out why you're here on this planet, why you're here, and how you can be a part of the movement that makes the sparkly shine in each heart happen.
