How to Get Back in Flow. That's the title of this episode of my journey, A Year of Surrender. And I realize that I could have added brackets at the end there. How to Get Back in Flow, hopefully. Because I realize that this journey is going to be a journey of humility and showing you the real thing. So right now, I did not feel in flow the last couple hours. I felt out of flow for two, maybe soon, three hours. Why is that? I had flow. I had energy. And I think we all have, like, this uprising of energy going through us all the time. You heard of Kundalini, right? That's spark of energy going up your spine and exploding into ecstasy. And I think that we all have this uplifting energy in us, and we love to lift others up and see them blossom, see them spark up, and we have that in us. But that energy, when it comes, if we're relaxed and aligned, it goes through the whole system and lights us up. But sometimes it hits our stuff. And today I got a few disturbing messages. And even though I could handle them, like, logically, I think that it triggered some old stuff in me and all this energy, which is naturally flowing around me and in and through me. And I had this idea that I would go live and finally share this story on how I became a monk. And I was thinking to myself, like, what if I call it. I actually wrote it down. What if I call it. My heart melted like lava. The day. The day I became a monkey. I was like, yes, great idea. That's. And that's what I'm gonna do. And I had a lot of energy. You see that I have enthusiasm because I remember that day where my heart just melted like lava. And then all that energy, all that enthusiasm hits my stuff. Ooh. So let us find out what to do to get back in flow again. Because it's not like I need to do something else, because the flow is here and just what. But me speaking about what I wanted to share. The flow will be back. You see, the flow is coming back, but there's something in there. And if I don't handle it now, it will stay there and stay stuck, and it will keep me trapped. So what to do? First off, I'm going to acknowledge it, so that's okay, Peter. I see that you have stuff that's cool. Most of us do. And if not cool, congrats on you. So if we have stuff, that that's okay. So I am okay with having stuff, and I can breathe into it and allow it right now, and I can even Relax into it and feel it in all aspects of myself. And if you have stuff, you can go with me on this journey. Feeling into all this stuff. Ah, breathing in to whatever you're feeling right now and letting go. Oh, that's some sadness in me. That's cool. Breathing into whatever I'm feeling right now and letting it go on the out breath. And if you feel some stuff, please do it with me. Just breathe in and feel whatever is here. Oh, still some sadness. That's cool. Let it go. Thank you sadness for coming and thank you for leaving. So does the sadness have a message to me? Okay, stand up. It says, stand up. I'll stand up. So listening to your intuition, doing what it says. Cool. So I'm standing up. What now? Feel my feet. Okay, that's good. What else? H. It's not so scary after all when I just turn my attention towards the stuff that is triggered. And let me now look into the disturbance in my system. So what made me disturbed? Okay, I. I have intuition, which is sometimes it is giving me like a kinesthetic. Yes. So it's like a rising feeling. And sometimes it's a no. So let's check out yours. Check out if you have like intuitive sense. So ask yourself, can I get an intuitive yes? Okay. How does that feel for you? The response is probably instantaneously. And then ask yourself, can I get an intuitive no? Okay. For me it's a yes. It's like a blooming sensation from my chest and the nose. Like something like holding me back and pressing my belly down. Yeah. So that's cool. And now what has it been today? What's been the issue? Preventing your natural flow. Give me two, two things. One thing is that I'm in a creative process of creating a new presentation. So it could be that the creative process of like finding my thing, being frustrated about, like, I need to talk about this. How can I tell this story best in the best way? I have this idea what to do, what to do, what to do. So it's a heaven and earth journey. It's like ups and downs of the creative journey. Creative journey. It's a part of a process. And if you know how to just have a smooth sailing while you're creating something, let me know. Just comment here and I'll be pleased. That's a part of it. And can I just for now allow it to be like that? Can I accept it and acknowledge it? Yeah. Yes, I can. It doesn't have to be happy, happy all the time while I'm creating it. Okay, cool. And it was another thing. It was a disturbing message. Okay, so what do I need to do with a disturbing message? Okay, it's one uncomfortable phone call and a second one which is not so uncomfortable. And can I be okay with living on this beautiful planet for my entire beautiful long life and have one phone call which doesn't feel good? Yeah. Can I do it even though I feel like it's painful? Yeah. And why should I do it? Because it's the right thing to clear up stuff and let go of stuff and to be free. And how would I feel when I'm free? I'm not sure if this is a step by step guide on how to get in flow, but what I'm sure about is that we all have a rising energy in us all the time and that sometimes we're blocking that energy and it feels bad. That's when we're not in flow. And my way of getting inflow again is to address it and be with it and allow it to drop away. And now how would it feel if my heart led the way and I could be in flow? How would it feel if your heart could lead your way and you can be in flow? What's the best thing of that about that? Part of my English? What's the best thing about that for you? Yeah, so let's go into that. That was today's little leap of faith. Into surrender, into this mysterious, beautiful way of allowing the heart to lead the way, allowing us to be happy instead of dragging our feet feeling off. So hopefully tomorrow I'll tell you how my heart melted like lava the day I decided to become a monk. Because it's a strong one and you don't have to go through being a monk to have the same deep realizations. And these are the deep realizations. I'm making my. My whole presentation around how my best clients are now enrolling, coaching clients without selling and the clients are just coming. And I can also feel like the disturbance I had was that I felt that everything was laid out for me, everything was done for me. I was so grounded, taken care of, and I could just relax. And I did that for a week now, like, ah. But I can see in retrospective that all my life everything has been taken care of. I don't have to struggle. I can relax and as a rest into that. That's cool. I'm happy, I'm joyful, So I can relax into that now. And I do. And as I relax into who I am, I'm losing my point here because I'm now so relaxed because I feel so taken care of. I once, in a deep meditation, I had this image of myself floating on top of a fountain of blue light. And I was just floating on top of it, resting and knowing something greater than me was carrying me forward. So I don't have to struggle. I don't have to try to survive. I am thriving and I get to live my loving expression. And when it's off, I get to address it and be with it and let it go. And that is the essence of a year of surrender. And tomorrow, hopefully, I'll share how the heart melted and how the essence of that trust, of that connection and alignment is what makes the whole difference for coaches wanting to have clients get clients without selling, without pushing, without running off the people in social media. But just by being true. And that is inspired by my amazing master coaches who just open themselves when they feel genuinely and I'm ready for two more clients. Those people show up and they enroll easily without selling because the clients are saying, I need to work with you. So what's shifted? That's what I want to explore with you in the next few episodes. Much love to you. I hope that you can address whatever is holding back your flow because just looking at it, breathing into it, letting it go, changes everything. Now am I in flow? Yeah. Am I ready to take those two phone calls? Yeah. Why not? Okay. Much love to you, my friend. Thank you so much for being you and being here. Love.
