Are you afraid that nobody would pay you if you became coach? You're not alone. Hugo felt the same way. But in just 30 days, I helped him get his first 11 paying coaching clients thanks to a process that I call the truth Bomb attraction method. And in this video, I'll show you exactly what this method is, how to use it to attract your first coaching clients. And I'll also share a free tool that I built that will let you use this method without risking your reputation, without risking your career, and without risking your relationships. But first, let me show you where Hugo started, because this might sound familiar to you if you've ever felt like you have so much more to give, but you're stuck in the wrong place. Hugo was what I call a natural coach. People came to him like he had this invisible sign on his forehead saying, tell me everything. But he had a problem that was slowly destroying him. Years ago. Hugo's over 200 kilos. That's about £441. His doctor gave him six months to live. But here's what most people don't understand about natural coaches like Hugo, and maybe like you. He wasn't just carrying physical weight. He was drowning in everyone else's problems. Hugo told me I felt like total chaos because I was drowning in other people's problems. I took their problems everywhere with me and went around thinking about how I could solve their problems and answer their questions. He was giving chaotic advice, taking on everyone's pain and slowly giving, disappearing under the weight of trying to fix everyone around him. Classic natural coach behavior. Giving so much that you're destroying yourself. It's like putting on a weight. It weighs down your shoulders. You become more sour and grumpy and depressed. You lose control of everyday life after losing all that weight. Hugo had two heart attacks in one week. Lying in that hospital bed, he had what I called aha moments. He said, I got a second chance now. I need to give back to the world what I've taken from the world. What can I do for others? So Hugo started searching everywhere. Cbt, meditation, traditional therapy methods. But nothing felt right to him. It wasn't this loving way of seeing people, he said. It was more like this controlled, square way that exists in the school world. You should do this, and then you should do that. You shouldn't give up yourself to lift others. Then he found something completely different. He found our master course certification program. But here's what's important. Hugo didn't rush into getting clients like some people do. For eight weeks, Hugo focused on learning the Foundations, not chasing money, not hunting for clients, but learning to trust his intuition, practicing in our heart, centered community. And most importantly, Hugo said, I have no answers. The answers already exists in you. That's where most natural coaches mess up. They can see exactly what people need, so they straight out tell them the solution. But when you give people the answer, they don't own the transformation. They can't make the change stick. It's like giving someone a fish versus teaching them to fish. Except, of course, much deeper. When we tell someone what to do, they might even try it. But when it doesn't come from their inner knowing and their inner strength, they will give up when it gets hard. But when Hugo asked the right questions in the right sequence, something beautiful happened. People discover their own answers, their own problems, and more importantly, their own transformations. But how does Hugo do this? He told me, I ask, I how does it feel? Where do you feel it in your body? And I keep asking, and what else? And what else? And what else? Because then they experience a little at a time, and then the truth bubble ups from inside of them. That's the difference between advice that gets forgotten and transformation that changes lives forever. In our community, people saw Hugo's enormous transformation. They watched him go from chaos to this deep inner security. And they asked him, what's your secret, Hugo? He responded, I am love. I am allowing myself to be love. He found the essence of who he is and that courage to be his authentic essence. That's what sets him apart. That's what makes it possible for him to embrace everyone and everything. So here's what happened. When he finally felt ready to share this gift with the world. After eight weeks of inner work, Hugo was ready. He used one simple Facebook post. Not a sales pitch, but something much more powerful. He used what I called a philanthropic approach. Instead of saying, hire me as a coach, he wrote, can you help me? This appeals to what we call the Dugnald spirit here in Norway, where everybody wants to help others. When someone generally asks, can you help me? People's hearts open up. 33 people responded in the first three days wanting to talk to him. But remember, Hugo still had his day job. Out of those 33, Hugo only had time to speak with 11 people. As Hugo said in his interview, all 11 said, yes. I now have 13 people in my coaching. Right now, I have a waiting list. It's not normal for a coach to have a queue to take in clients. I actually have a queue. That's 100% said yes. Every single person he spoke to became a client. But Hugo didn't start at high prices. He began where he felt comfortable and scaled upward with each client from 3,300 Norwegian kroners up to 6,600 to 8,800 to 9,700 per month. Yeah, I know that's Norwegian kroners. Kind of silly, right? But it's equivalent to about 1,000American dollars per. Per month per client. His first month, his income was 66,000 Norwegian runners. That's like $6,000 part time starting out. As Hugo said, the day after sessions, my clients bombard me with messages asking, what did we do? I'm sparkling. I feel like I have champagne in my whole body. What did we do? I'm flying on the moon. And here's the beautiful part. Those 11 clients were so transformed, they started referring their friends. They that's why Hugo's waiting list keeps growing. Now, you might be wondering, what exactly did Hugo do that got all those 11 people to say yes? Let me show you the exact method. Then I'll show you the tool that makes this much easier for anyone. There are three simple steps that Hugo followed, and hundreds of my other coaches use the same process. I call this the truth bomb method, not because it's explosive, but because it bypasses surface level talk and lands straight in the truth that people already carry inside. This works especially well for respected people because it's not about tactics or risking your reputation. In fact, asking for help usually makes people respect you more. First, instead of trying to sell himself as a coach, Huggy did something completely different. He appealed to what we call the philanthropic approach. He wrote one simple message that started with, hey, can you help me? This appeals to the Norwegian during that spirit where everybody naturally wants to help each other. But this works every everywhere, because being authentic and asking for help is magnetic universally. Here's why this is so powerful. When someone reads a typical coaching post, their sales defense go up immediately. But when someone gently asks, can you help me? People's hearts open. They read your message with curiosity, not skepticism. And they're thinking, who is this for? They're not someone who needs this. And as they read that way, without their guard up, some of them realize, oh, wow, this is actually for me. Second, when those 33 people reached out, Hugo didn't try to sell them anything. Instead, he offered a free truth bomb conversation where he gave them clarity about where they felt stuck right now and where they really wanted to be. Instead, Hugo's approach is beautifully simple. As he said, I don't talk about myself. We always talk about them. I ask them questions about how they are, what's happening in their life, and where they feel stuck. But here's what makes this different from typical discovery. In a truth bomb conversation, we find a hidden underlying root cause of why they're stuck in the first place. From a deep, intuitive place, Hugo said, I ask simple questions like, what else are you noticing? How does this feel for you? Where do you sense that in your body? Is there something that feels stuck? I keep asking, and what more is there? These questions are opening because they get people to pause and really tune into what's happening inside of them, to walk out of that call, regardless of whether they become a client or not, with clarity, with energy, and with a clear path ahead. Hugo's not giving advice. He's not trying to fix them. He's simply creating a safe, loving space where people can open up completely, like peeling an onion and letting things bubble up naturally. Third, because Hugo creates such profound experiences in this truth bomb conversation, something magical happens. When people have transformational experiences like this, they just can't help but share it with others. They call their friends, saying, hey, you have to hear what happened to me. And the friends naturally respond with, wow, who's a coach? How can you connect me? That's how Hugo built his waiting list. Not through marketing, but through genuine transformation. Now, after helping hundreds of coaches create their own versions of Hugo's message, I realized something. Most people get stuck on questions like, what do I say? How do I tell my story? Who am I actually meant to help? So I created this simple tool that solves this problem for you. It's just an interface with eight simple questions that pulls your story out of you so you can talk about what you've been through and who you want to help and what you want to create in the world. Let me show you exactly how this works. You simply answer these eight questions. You can be as elaborate or as brief as you want. There's no wrong way to do this. The questions pull out your life experience, your transformation, and who you're meant to serve. The things like what challenges have you overcome? What wisdom did you gain from that experience? Who do you naturally connect with? What transformation do you help create? When you complete these questions, I personally review your answers and distill who your target audience is, what they need to hear from you, and what makes you stand out in a crowd. Unlike canned scripts, I craft the message myself so it feels like you, because your story deserves that care. I love reading your answers and sending you encouragement with your custom message. Then I craft it into a message that goes under the radar. Not salesy, but heartwarming and connecting. A message that opens door for people who want you as their coach. Someone who can change their lives. This brings your heart, your life experience into the world as something deeply meaningful and transformational that they long to connect with. This is the same process I have used with over 750 leaders and coaches and most of them and felt lost about where to start. Now they have thriving and fulfilling practices thanks to this process. It works because it's authentic. It's your real story, it's your real experience, it's your real heart. If you're not sure if you can do this, let this tool show you. Most people are surprised by how much wisdom is already there inside of their story. You just need the right questions to pull it out of you. I'm doing this personally, so so it's available on a first come, first serve basis. I personally craft each message and if it's still open when you check it out, you can get your personal message from me today. The link is in the description below. So what's the one big lesson from Hugo's story? What's the thing that most coaches miss completely? Your clients are already in your network. They're right in front of you. Hugo need to find his ideal client avatar. He didn't need to create some marketing funnel. The people that became his first clients were people who already knew him, they already trusted him, and they had already seen his transformation. As Hugo said, the more I lost weight, the more people came to me asking questions like, what are you doing? How are you doing this? How do you live like this? What are you experiencing? They had already seen his growth, the change. They were just waiting for him to be available as their coach. You don't have to go out and find strangers on the Internet. You don't have to become someone you're not. You don't have to become a marketing expert or learn a lot of complicated tech. You don't have to risk your reputation with pushy sales tactics. The people that need your help are already all around you. They just need you to open up and give them a permission and opportunity to raise their hand and say, yeah, I want coaching from you. And, and by the way, you're not giving up what you have built. You are transforming it, using it in a new way with deeper meaning that gives you more freedom. And by the way, you're not starting from scratch. You're building on years of wisdom and trust. And now you're giving it a new way. Here's what you can do right now. Think about the people in your life that have watched your journey. Who comes to you for advice, who trusts your wisdom. Those are your first clients. All you need is the right message, one that appeals to their kind heart and their eagerness to support you while also letting them know how you can help them. By the way, the tool that I show you. It's in the description below. If you want to try it for yourself now, you might be thinking, okay, Peter, I understand this approach. I understand I can use this tool and get people to raise their hand and want to talk to me. But what about getting them to actually say yes? What did Hugo do in those truth bomb conversations that made 11 people want to become paying clients? Great question. That's exactly what I reveal in my next video. The secret conversational framework that gets everyone to say, I must work with you. Just like Hugo's clients did. Click here and watch it now.
