Mindful Communication is today's seminar in your company where I will work with you as a group with the four aspects of communication. What is facts, what is our own assumptions, what is our feelings and what is our needs? For us to be more effective communicators, we have to be aware of that in ourselves and in our colleagues. And we have to open our room where we can actually appreciate and embrace the differences. Then we can actually get the potential out of us and out of each other. Then we can create a communication which is the best possible one. And I want to facilitate that process with you. In that goes one other element that is to be present in the moment because this is where change happens. This is where joy happens. This is where what you have to play with to actually become good at communication and good at reaching from heart to heart and communicating, you have to be present in the moment. That's the ingredient in this seminar where you will work together, do exercises, share together, and you'll develop your team with trust. See you.
