Do you sometimes, sometimes struggle to get started like you're procrastinating, not getting things done? Well, that's. You're not the only one. Because that's the story of my life today. Because the last 40 minutes I have had the opportunity to start my day. I have a to do list. I have projects, I have people to serve, but I have blocked out time to be creative. But I just can't get started. And there's two main ways out of this. And right now I want to show you how I change my states so I actually feel inspired and do the creative stuff. So that's my goal anyways. Maybe that will happen. Let's see. Because this is live with you. So thank you for being here. Right now I'm updating my Facebook page just to see if I'm actually live and. And I am. And I'm sharing that live stream link to a group of my master coaches because that's what I do. My name is Peter Fanning. I run elevated master coach certification program where I teach heart centered people like coaches, therapists, healers, people workers, like yeah, light workers, leaders, how to use their unique abilities to see people really deeply and then attract more of those people to them. Talk to them in a way where people beg to become a client and then change their lives with deep, intuitive transformational work. And the changes happens in like three, four weeks. People are blown away and they want to stay with the coach for the long run and they even send their friends most of the time though. So that is what I do. And if you're interested, you can go over to petersfenning.com where you can get my free exclusive training. Where, where I'll show you just how we do this in three simple steps and case studies of people who have been doing it before you. And if you so like and you're in there, you can get a private one on one text message conversation with me and ask me anything you want around how to support even more people, how to use who you are and who you want to be and who you want to become and allow that to spread. So I am getting more into it now. Thank you for being here. So that's two ways of getting out of like the stuckness of not getting momentum is one from here up in the mind and one from here down in the heart. And the reason I'm saying that is because when we see unwanted behavior, like I have creative stuff I need to do or I want to do and then I'm not doing it, that is like oh, it's internal. It's so close. It's really hard to see the perspective. So. So let's use a metaphor. If you see a kid throwing rocks at other kids, we instantaneously know that this is wrong. We need to stop it. Which is true. And then the next not logical but common thing to do is to go yell at that kid. You know, you should not throw rocks at your friends. Yeah, well, that's true. And a kid knows it. It'll at least as much as you do. But still, the kid was throwing rocks or wanted to. So why. Why is this kids, this kid throwing rocks? That is the question. Why is this unwanted behavior happening? And when we start to get curious about what, why this is happening, then we can go deeper with questions. And this is back to me right now. I'm not getting started. Okay? Because my work life is not isolated. It's a part of a greater whole. It's a part of my family life, my relations. It's a part of the community. And also the seasons within my week, month, my year, my years. Where am I in my season? And instead of plowing through and say, okay, take a cold shower or prioritize your your to do list or something like that. Which is a lot of mind strategies which works. Let's be curious. Why is it that Peter doesn't get going today? H. And if I try to find the answer from my mind, it will be limited. But if I ask my heart, it will be clear. And that's the beauty of the heart. It always has the right answer. So right now, I don't know, something feels a little dense, a little slow, but I don't know. So instead of pretending like I know or trying to search on some advice, let me just ask myself. And that's. Thank God, we do have a meditation for that. In original. We have been calling it the Magical Morning Meditation for years. And I'm about to rename it to maybe the Magic Master Meditation. Please let me know in the comments two things. What do you think about this new name? And have you ever felt like you're not getting things done, even though you know what you should have been doing? If that's you, please let me know in the comments. And, um, and if that's too hard to like, say in public, because I think everybody has moments like that, send me a message. You find my profile, just send a message. I'll read it. I'll be happy to respond to you. Okay, thank you. So let's do this meditation because what I want to do is that I want to really feel into what is happening with me now. How does my breath feel? How does my body feel? What emotions am I not feeling into, which is here and lingering in the background and taking all my bandwidth. And also the next question then is what thoughts are passing by? And if I pull my attention from the thoughts and into who I am, I can rest into a greatness. From that greatness, from that expansion, from the oneness, energy, from that field of knowingness, I can access my full potential, my superconsciousness. And then from that subconsciousness, I can get clarity. What is my main priority for today? What is it that I need to focus on? And what is holding me back and how can I meet it? That's where I'll get the clear answers, not answers, where I'll pull through. And the same issue will come and bite me in the back in a few hours or tomorrow morning. But instead, I can find out what this really is about and I can clear it up. So if you're interested in that, if you're a deep soul, then let's do it together, my wise friend. So the meditation starts now. You can now allow yourself to shut your eyes or keep them open up to you. As long as you feel safe, that's everything that matters. When you close your eyelids, you tend to get a stronger inner experience. But if you're advanced, you can keep them open as well. Okay, so allow yourself to breathe in and out. And just allow your breath to be natural. No need to force anything. Relax and let go. Now breath. And we'll do one more breath. And then notice your body. Just allow your body to be just as it is right now. Whatever it is, it's okay. And just let go an out breath again. And whatever field is totally, totally okay right now in this moment. Good. Great. And now let's embrace whatever feeling is here. So breathe in and allow any feeling to come in. If you feel anything, just be what you're feeling right now. It's okay. And then just let go and just relax on the out breath. We'll do it again in your own tempo. Breathe in, bring a feeling, whatever feeling is here, and be with it as long as you need to. And then on the out breath, let it go. Breathe in. Maybe the feeling changes. That's okay. Okay, it's normal. And breathe out. And again, Be curious. Now breathe in. And invite whatever feeling is here to come up. And breathe out and let it go. And whatever the feeling is, if it's good or not so good, just Allow it to come in, be there and let go. Just like waves coming up on the beach. They're staying on the beach for a while and they're, they're pulling back into the ocean of emotion. And now allow yourself to breathe in. And breathe out and let the feelings come in and out as they may. Breathe in. And after a while you'll feel that, hey, my feelings is they're getting better and better, nicer and nicer. That's totally normal. Just allow that to happen and allow yourself to just let go of those feelings as well. And then notice if there's any thoughts there now as you breathe. If there is that thought, okay, just allow them to be there. Allow them to drift across like clouds in the sky and you're just pulling back, observing them. You can even allow yourself to go one step deeper by asking yourself a question which is who am I? Allow the question to drop deeper inside of you and allow it to open up a wandering quest. Who am I? Whatever answer he gets, just let go. Just drop it away. The question is here to explore, not to find the answer. So let's do it again, open ended with no need of finding the solution, but allowing it to take you deeper. Allow the question to drop deeper inside of you. Now who am I? I. And let go. And let go and let go. Grits. Okay. And now we can allow that question to drop in and backwards and inwards, downwards as a stone sinking gently in the water. Just allow it safely, naturally, easily to sink. A lot of question to sink into you. Who am I? Allow it to drop deeper and deeper. And deeper. And allow yourself to let go of whatever you sense and let go of whatever you feel. Allow yourself to drop deeper and deeper and deeper. Now from this place. Allow to rest in this place and ask this place as this expansion. And invite in your connection to your higher self, your true self, your fullest potential. Ask if it can communicate with you. Can you hear it? Can you see it? Can you feel it? Can you know it's right now just be open and ask it. Hey, do you have a message for me today? Oh, thank you. Ask it if you can get in touch with your intuition and maybe with your subconscious or unconscious. And ask if there's anything holding me back right now. Is there anything I need to address? Is there anything I can get some insight on and into. Anything else, Anything else you would like to show me? Great. So what is my main focus for today? Cool. And all else if from here on I got to follow my heart and if the process was fun. If the process was easy and I could allow myself expanding to who I'm meant to be and into the greatest service I can be and serve with, who would I make a difference for? And how? And when all that has come to fruition, everything has aligned and has happened and I get to live my dream life with all that being my history and my path and my past, how would that feel right now? Who have you become then? Who have you become now? Cool. And this joy. And in this love. What can you feel grateful for right now? And what else? And what else? And what else? What can you be grateful for right now? And what can you be grateful for right now? From this space, just allow yourself to let go of everything you don't need and allow it to happen in its own face, in its own perfect timing, And allow yourself to be with what is right now. From a space of gratefulness. When you feel inspired in an easy and fun way, just do it. No need to overthink it and analyze it. Just do it. Be. Do. And the last thing, what can you be grateful for right now? As you come back to your body, you sense your body and the gratefulness. When you're ready, you can open your eyes and come back to wherever you are and feel. Feel. What am I grateful for right now? Yeah. And as you finish up your meditation, let me come back to what I talked about initially, that I had. This feels like a long time ago, but I had this feeling of not getting started, postponing, procrastinating and wondering what is really happening. So I could have blown through, but it was really inside of me. I had this inner dome with a divine team because I've been doing this for years. And when I meditated into this, the ease of who am I? Then I got into this connection with my higher self and my intuition. And that is integrated. So it's really here, not up there. And I asked, so what is it? So was people around me being doubtful about my choices, and my choices felt totally aligned. And I felt into that. The worry came from a place of care from other people, but it also came from their perspective, from fear of something not being good enough, something going haywire. So from the perspective of love, the strategy and the path and way of handling situations is perfect. Maybe not perfect. It is what it is, but it's in alignment. That's it. It's in alignment. The other perspective also wants the best for the situation, but it's coming from fair. So I got a message. Check yourself. Are you coming from fear from love. If you come from love, trust the process. Just be with it. Be grateful. See people, allow it, embrace it. And I'm so glad I took this inner route through the heart to connect to the heart and find what is really true, what is really happening here. Instead of going from from mind and saying you're not doing what you're supposed to do. Crunch on Hustle. No way. Find out what it is. Rest into that deep spiritual confidence. Ah. Everything is happening as it should. And I'm here to unfold my part and be in service and love. That's it. And that's all it is. Thank you so much for listening in today and watching me shift my state. How was it for you? Did you shift your state? Did you come in with something and leave with something else? Please feel free to comment below. I'll be really, really deeply grateful. And for all my Norwegian friends, thank you for sticking with me in English. This is honestly my way of trying to expand the reach, reaching people who don't necessarily speak this minority language we're speaking up here, north. So instead, if you're Norwegian, I hope you totally got me and I get you and I love you and I love all of you. Thank you very much for being in my life, in my journey, and let's connect to the heart and find peace, love and understanding. Ciao.
