Short excerpt from a YouTube video (Phil Risher, uploaded May 8, 2024) discussing how AI is beginning to replace human sales/appointment callers in trade businesses (HVAC, electricians, lawncare, plumbing, carpet cleaning). The speaker warns that AI systems can mimic human callers convincingly—presenting as a persona like "Johnny"—and argues this will change how businesses think about sales and appointment setting.
