They show up mentally at the beginning as the hero. They carry it everywhere it goes, and they never put it down. And then when they decide, okay, this is hurting me, I need to put it down, they lose a lot of money. They nearly lose the company, and. And then when they finally set the business down and walk on its own, it's not able to. And that's not good. First thing people need to kind of come to grips with is this mindset.
