Alright, today we're going to look at how to figure out how many leads that you are getting from your website and how many you should be getting from your website. So the first resource, this is a free resource called SpyFu. And what you can do is go to spyfu.com and type in your website. So we're going to use a company that we work with, AtlanticDuckCleaning.com and then you click on it, it's going to pull your records and we already have it pulled up here. So you can see that it gives you a quick synopsis of your organic keywords that you are ranking on your estimated monthly SEO clicks, which is something that we're going to focus on what percentage of your organic first paid. Okay, so let's look at your estimated monthly SEO clicks. So this is the amount of people that are potentially coming to your website from just search engine optimization on a monthly basis. So 1795. 1795. So a good number to shoot for for a local service business is about 5 to 10% conversion rate of your website visitors to leads. So for this company, if it was 1795, then the conversion rate, let's say it was 5%. 1795 times 05 is 90 leads that they should be getting just from their SEO clicks alone. Let's say that they were converting at 10%, 1795 times 10%, 180 leads per month that they should be receiving from their website. So one thing to check, if you're paying some type of digital marketing company, go to SpyFu, go to your estimated monthly SEO clicks. See if you're not getting 5 to 10% of your leads from your website, then they're not doing a good job for whatever reason, they don't have the recall to actions or what have you. So this is one way, this is a free way to look at this. Go to SpyFu, type in your website and look at this. Okay, the other way is a little bit more analytical. It takes a little bit of, I guess a coding that you would say. We do this for our clients, we set up goals and I made a whole video on how to track true return on investment from digital marketing companies. But I'll just show you real quick. So this is Atlantic Duck Cleaning. Again, this is their Google Analytics. We can see a goal has been set up. So anytime someone gets an estimate from their website, and this is so far this month they've had 230 estimate forms submitted. So not too far off from the 180 that we projected. But you see Their goal conversion rate is 9%230 so this number is their estimated SEO clicks is just SEO. They're also running ads and doing other things. So they've had about 3,300 people to their website and they're converting at 9% for leads and calls. So SpyFu. This is not exact, but it's at least going to give you an idea of what you should be getting from a conversion perspective and visitors.
