I can make you more money without even charging you more money or spending more on ads. On one of the client calls, we said, hey, do you know what your close rate is? He said no. So we pulled up his CRM, we dug into how many estimates he created, then we looked at how many estimates he closed, and he was closing at 31%. The industry average is 40 to 60% for home service businesses. So we said, hey, let's just assume that you can come up with an estimate nurture sequence that we help you build. You come up with the scripting for your sales guys and you get up to 40%. That's a 9% increase in close rate. You don't need any more estimates, you don't need any more ads. All you gotta do is maximize what you're currently having. That would've resulted in a $200,000 growth in his quarter 1 results just by tightening up his bucket. This is why growing a home service business is not just spend more on ads. There's a bunch of different levers you can pull. If you need help with this, shoot me a DM and I'll walk you through the entire playbook.
