Most business owners think they have a lead problem when its actually a lead management prob #shorts

People are trying to pay you money and you don't even know it. A recent study found that 47% of forms on people's websites don't even get responded to. You may feel the same way as a home service business owner. Are your CSRs responding? Are they calling them and just getting a voicemail and never following up with them ever again? What you need to do is come up with a lead management plan. Set up an automated text and an automated email to go out when someone fills out a form to start the conversation right away. If it's 10pm on Saturday night, don't wait till Monday morning to try to get back to them when they've already found another company. If you need a better plan to manage your leads in 2025, DM me, audit and we'll get started.
