Your main category on Google could be the reason why you're not getting calls. You see, most people just select the main category because they think it's the right one without any rhyme or reason behind what the category is. Google only allows you to pick one main category. What I recommend doing is go to Google, search for the exact service that you want in the service area, and see the categories that Google is showing based off of your search. A very common one is if you do lawn care, landscaping or window installation. Siding installation. You might select general Contractor, but it might not fit the exact category that you want to be shown for. Don't get stuck with the wrong main category if you're not sure.
