This is a reminder for every one of you. We're going to call this if you're not early, you're late. Repeatedly. I tell you guys this and it shows it soaked in for some of you in 24 years. So I'll keep repeating it via video so you can watch this on a regular basis. If you're not five minutes early, you're already late. On time is late. That's something my dad taught me. He was really big on that. He was a division manager so I'd be in the military. He was a very successful region or division manager in Reynolds Tobacco company and he harped on that all the time, even when I was younger. And it stuck with me. So if you're supposed to be somewhere at 8 in the morning, showing up at 8, you're late. 7:55 is minimum. I mean, if your ass is supposed to be in a seat by 8 o', clock, you need to be there sitting, your screens turned on, ready to work when the bell hits eight, someone's paying you to do a job, you show up and you earn that, that wage from them. I'm being respectful of them as well. So this is a short one. But if you're not at least five minutes early, you're already late, I'd shoot for 15. And one thing you'll see, when you're the first person there every day, bosses notice that stuff. They appreciate that that helps you stand out, that helps you get noticed, that shows your commitment and you get, you know, more chances for advancement, more pay. Or if you own your own business, you set the pace with your, your staff because when you're self employed, your staff is going to be about three notches below you. So if you're working at an 8, your staff's a 5. If you're at a 10 or 11, your staff's an 8. So you've got to set that pace. You show up, you work, you get it, get on it and show everybody else how hard you can work. So again, a short one today. If you're not early, you're late. Live it, know it, learn it.
