One outdated document can delay your banking, property, work, or even next trip to India. Here are the five documents every NRI should always keep updated. Number one, your passport. It's your primary identity document. If it's expired or close to expiring, renew it before making any travel plans. Number two, your OCI card. If you have renewed your foreign passport or changed your personal details, update your OCI whenever required. Number three, your PAN card for taxes, banking, investment. Number four, your Aadhaar. If you are eligible to hold one, keep your Number 5, your NRE and NRO bank accounts. Make sure your KYC, passport, visa, and overseas addresses are always updated with your banks to avoid account restrictions. Which of these documents have you not updated yet? Comment below. We will tell you what to check first. And follow for simple NRI immigration and document updates every week. Thank you.
