James Allen recommends offering two pricing tiers instead of one. A basic $97 course on golf swing technique, plus a $197 premium tier with personalized video feedback from the instructor. The extra $100 justifies itself through one-on-one coaching.

And when you come up with a price, don't just come up with one. Don't just say it's, oh, it's going to be $97. Come up with 2 to 3 tiers. I like to just stick with 2. It keeps it simple. 2 different options that people have that they can pay for. Let's say it's a $97 course on how to perfect your golf swing because that's going to have huge dividends. But then you get a $197 option and that $197 option, the course content itself, but then you also get direct feedback from the course creator. If I was helping people perfect their golf swing, I would say I want you to videotape doing your golf swing from a couple of different angles and then send me the video. Videos. I will review it and I'll send you back a video and give you my feedback on things that you can improve. Do you know how valuable that is? Like, yeah, it's $100 more, but you're getting direct feedback from the creator and you're getting all the content together. But if you get the $97 course, you're not going to get that direct feedback, but you're still going to get some awesome content that's going to help you perfect your golf swing.
