I've built a 6-figure business on Kajabi, and at this point I've helped hundreds of other coaches use it to grow their businesses. One of the biggest complaints that I hear is that I'm paying for Kajabi every single month, but I am not actually making any money from it. And look, this might hurt a little bit, but it's not Kajabi's fault, it's yours. Kajabi is just a tool, and right now you're like an infant with a chainsaw. The tool is not the problem, your knowledge on how to use it is. So in this video, I'm gonna give you the exact 30-day roadmap that I would follow if I were starting on Kajabi today, knowing everything that I know now. And by the way, if you're just researching right now on whether you want to use Kajabi or not, but you're not officially signed up with Kajabi, you can get a free 30-day trial by using the link right below this video in the description. This is an affiliate link, so if you sign up, I will get a small percentage of what you pay towards Kajabi if you decide to keep using Kajabi and paying for it. But as a big thank you for you using my link, I'm gonna give you a full-fledged online course just walking you through step by step, screen by screen, how to build your own 6-figure business. And I'm just going to show you exactly what I did. I'll give you the exact landing pages that I have built, and I'll show you how to plug them directly into your Kajabi account so that you don't have to build these pages from scratch yourself. It's going to save you a ton of time and a lot of headaches, and you can start earning money way faster. So again, links down in the description, or you can visit profityourknowledge.com/kajabi. All right. So first thing we have to do is to create an offer. So how do you actually turn what you know into something that people will actually pay for? This is where your offer comes in. Alex Hormozi famously said, make an offer so good that people feel stupid saying no. You could be the best coach in the world, have years of experience, plenty of credentials, and create amazing content. But if there's no clear way for someone to pay you and solve a problem, all that expertise isn't really a business yet. It's just kind of a hobby. Now here's how I like to think about creating some kind of offer. The first thing we have to do is think about who this person is that you want to help. So I want you to think about your target audience and please do not be vague here. Be very specific. The more specific you can be, The better. Now, that doesn't mean you have to niche down and be like absurdly specific, but you do want to just be clear. For example, let's say that you help men over 40 get lean and stay lean year round. I want you to imagine a man over 40. Maybe it was the old version of you if you struggled with that, or maybe it was trying to get into online dating. You're helping men with online dating. Just kind of get clear on who it is that you want to help. And then I want you to think about what is the juicy outcome that they are going to get by hiring you? What problem are you actually solving for this person? And I want you to think about what it's really going to do for them. For example, let's say you're helping men over 40 get lean and stay lean year round. Obviously, the desired outcome that they have is to have a lean, strong body. Maybe they want to have abs or at least be showing abs. They want an athletic build. But why do they want those things? Well, they want to feel comfortable taking their shirt off. Maybe they have kids and they want to set a really clear example to take care of yourself. Maybe they wanna be more attractive. Maybe they're single and 40 or above and they're starting to lose their mojo, if you will. So they want that back so they could feel confident in the dating scene. The more you understand your audience, the easier it is to build offers because you know exactly what they want. So once you've gotten clear on the person that you're helping with and where they're kind of stuck and the big dream outcome that they wanna have, then we wanna create a little bit of a journey to help them get from point A to point B. But what they're paying for is the green star. They're paying for the outcome. The man over 40 wants to get lean is paying for the actual body. He's paying for the lean physique, for the ability to stay lean year-round. But even deeper than that, it's the real driving desire as to why he wants that. That is what people are paying for. They're not paying for how many calls they get with you or how many resources you have inside of your program. None of that matters. What they really care about Is the end goal. So when you think about where they're at, where they want to be, how are we going to get them there the smoothest, fastest, most predictable way possible? And I'd encourage you to break up your offer into 1 to 4 steps, but I wouldn't go more than 4. So with my offer, the Six Figure Coach Accelerator, we help coaches who are kind of getting going. They're at around like $5K a month and they're trying to get past that 6-figure mark, and we help them build a 6-figure business working around 20 hours a week or less. The 3 steps that we take them through are first, to get them clients. Most people have enough resources right now to land clients, and most of my clients will make back their entire investment in working with me in the first 90 days or less. I've seen it happen in a week or even 2 weeks. Just depends on the coach and what their offer is and who they're helping. And then after that, we focus on building their audience so they have more people to present this offer to. And then lastly, we think about scaling the offer. So we talk about group programs, online courses, communities or memberships. It just depends on what their audience is and what their offer is. And ideally, if you can get these people here in, let's say, 3 to 6 months, that's a really good offer and it's very realistic for people. My first offer when I was a spiritual life coach was 3 months, $3,000. If you paid in full, it was $2,400. And I was a 22-year-old spiritual life coach. So if I can do it, you can too. And a pro tip that will make your offer juicier and easier to sell is this, adding a guarantee of some kind. So you could offer people their money back. If you sign up and you don't get the result that you wanted, I will give you your money back. I personally don't really like doing this, though I have, because people kind of have it in the back of their head of like, oh, I can just ask for my money back even if they do get the result. So you have to have very clear boundaries about what actually constitutes them getting their money back. But another type of guarantee that I really enjoy Is that if I'm going to help this person get this result and it's going to take roughly this amount of time and they don't get that result in that amount of time, I will continue working with you until you do. What this does is give them peace of mind that no matter what, as long as they keep showing up and doing the work, you will continue working with them. And it forces you to dial in your process because you want to get people results. That's what they're paying you for. That's what your job as a coach should be. So I personally love promising to work with people until they get the result. That I promised as long as they are doing the work, they're using the resources that I give them, et cetera. Now what's cool about this is that this is the nuts and bolts of an offer, and this could be an online course in Kajabi. It could be a one-on-one coaching program. It could be a group program. It doesn't really matter. But if you're brand new and just starting out, I would highly recommend just offering this as a one-on-one coaching service. You don't need to build online courses. You don't need to create funnels. You don't have to do any of that stuff. You just need to decide who you're helping, what you're helping them do, get a rough idea of how you want to get them from point A to point B, and then just start getting into conversations and offering to help people. You are the product. And then as you work with more people, you can adjust this, you can tailor it to specific people, and you'll dial in a way better offer that you know sells. And then you can turn that into an online course or a membership down the road. All right, to build out your offer, you can go into Kajabi, go to sales and then pricing right here. And then you can click on new offer. You will add whatever your offer title is. You can say one-on-one coaching with James or whoever it is. And then you can choose which product you wanna sell. Now notice something here. Kajabi allows you to create online courses and memberships, which is awesome. But I recommend selling a higher ticket option. Something that's like $3,000 or above with that offer that we just created. And what's cool is you can create an offer where you can accept payments in Kajabi and it's all tracked inside of Kajabi. without ever creating a product. You can offer one-on-one coaching in Kajabi, but I don't recommend it. I like to just hop on a Zoom call with people, but use Kajabi to collect the payments. And you can even create an onboarding process. You can get real fancy with it. But as long as people have a simple checkout page where they can buy your coaching and then they get access to you and the weekly calls or whatever it is that you offer, I think that's the easiest way to start making money on Kajabi quick. So write in your offer, do not select a product, and you will be able to continue on. We'll just say test. You'll see next, and then you can choose your payment plan, all that kind of stuff that you want to do. And once your offer is created, then you can go into— we'll use one of mine as an example, Six Figure Coach Accelerator. You can edit your checkout page. I'm not going to go into all the details on this and build this out right now just because I have plenty of other videos that do that. But I just wanna show you what my actual checkout page looks like. So they could do a one-time payment or they can do a payment plan. And you can set this up inside the pricing option inside of Kajabi. There's a quick recap of what they're going to get and I highlight my guarantee and then I just show a testimonial right here next to the investment. So it's $10K for this investment to work with me and I've just, I've helped a lot of people make way more than that. Mercedes in a couple months made like $35,000. Justin went from $30K a month to his first $1.2 million month. Aaron was a history teacher and he got an AI consulting client who made back his entire investment, his first client. And Renee was a singing coach, $25K in debt, couldn't make money online before we met. And then $12,000 months became kind of her new normal, which is pretty sweet. So this is kind of stuff that we do inside my program and I'm just letting people know that and see that on the checkout page. And again, if you use my Kajabi affiliate link and the 30-day free trial down below, you're gonna get my full course at literally shows you step by step how to build this exact checkout page. So once you have an offer, again, just keep it a one-on-one coaching offer with a simple checkout page. When you get to that point with people, you have to get into conversations with the people that you wanna help, like men over 40. If you help men over 40 get lean and stay lean, then the whole game is like, okay, how many times can I get in a conversation with a man over 40 who wants to get lean and stay lean and present this offer to them? That is the entire game right there. So you have a checkout page, super simple, no products, no automations, no crazy landing pages or anything. This is the fastest way to start making money in Kajabi in the next 30 days. Just get some one-on-one clients and create a simple checkout page inside of Kajabi. So now that you have an offer, you might be thinking, how do I actually get the right people interested in buying it from me? So what I'd recommend doing is hosting a workshop. Instead of you chasing potential clients and trying to hunt them down, create an environment that attracts the people who already have the problem that you solve. So we want to create our workshop around something that is directly related to the problems that your offer solves. And this workshop should not be fluffy. It should give people a quick win, uh, to demonstrate how it is that you think, to actually experience some of your coaching and help them see what is possible in their life with the right strategy and more importantly, with your help. So if we look at this offer that you had created, you know who you're helping, You know, the juicy outcome that you're going to help them get. That's your main big program. I want you to think about maybe part one of this and the steps that you have. Choose one of them that you can turn into its own standalone workshop. So I'll give you a quick example. If you go into Kajabi, go to website and then landing pages. So I've tried a handful of different workshops and I'm constantly testing different workshop ideas to see which one is really hitting it off. But one of the big ones that I've done, because I know a ton of people have hired me to learn this, is YouTube. So I just called it the Get Clients with YouTube Workshop, and it's the YouTube strategy that helped me build a 6-figure coaching business working under 20 hours a week. Really simple. It's just a little bit of text, an image. I made this inside of Canva, but you could even use ChatGPT if you want. A 2-hour interactive workshop where you will receive personalized, actionable insights from someone who has built a 6-figure coaching business using YouTube. I have a simple countdown timer. Again, you can build all of this inside of Kajabi. I'll show you what it looks like. So really you can see it's just a hero, which has the text, text, image, text, a button, countdown timer. And then we have an opt-in form so I can collect people's email addresses. And then we have some more text down here. Just terms of use privacy policy, 'cause I was running ads to it. But all you have to do, like it's so simple. You're just gonna host a Zoom room, create a regular Zoom meeting, nothing fancy. You don't need to have the event type or webinar Zoom room or anything like that. Just make it 90 minutes to 2 hours. I like 2 hours just 'cause I had a lot to talk about and I over-teach. But also I opened it up for coaching and Q&A throughout the workshop, which I think is really important. I would teach a point, I would open it up, have people ask questions, share takeaways, create engagement because immersion creates conversion. So that's why I chose a 2-hour timeframe, but it's just a simple Zoom room and I show people, here's what we're going to cover. I chose 5 things, but you can do 3. Uh, I thought the 5 looked really juicy and we did cover all of it. And then I gave people a little form where they could put in their name and email and then register. And then once they put in their email, they go over to one more landing page. That is a thank you page. So the countdown timer's at the top, a little bit of text saying you're registered. I had a quick video just explaining to them like, hey, thanks for signing up, add this to your calendar. I offered text reminders. You do not even have to do that. Now I built all this from scratch because that's how I like to do it in Kajabi. But for you, all you have to think about is like, what's the workshop idea that I'm going to address and should naturally tee up your main offer. Okay, so I would talk about YouTube and people were like, man, I've learned so much about YouTube from this. I really wanna make money with this and incorporate it in my business. Well, the best way I can help them is by having them sign up for my main program and I can spend 12 months with them really diving into the YouTube strategy, but also the business backend, offer creation, that kind of stuff. So what I'd recommend for you is keep it dead simple. Go up here to new landing page and you need 2 types of landing pages. The first one is the opt-in page you'll see here. So click view all and you can pick whichever one you want. This is a great one. It says day 3, day, uh, or day 1, day 2, day 3, day 4, day 5. So you can turn these into the 5 topics or things, steps that you're going to cover inside of your workshop. You'll change out the picture. You can change up the button, all that kind of stuff. This is probably the best one I would say, cause it's already basically built. You can also use this one if you like this style more. Just stick with the template, keep it dead simple. If you're more creative, you can use this one. Doesn't really matter. I think that this one's the best 'cause it's already kinda set up for a handful of points, but you can take these away and just be like, I'm just gonna cover these 3 points in my workshop. Okay, so you wanna create your opt-in page, and then the last one is your thank you page. So after people opt in, I would just stick with the related one. Prosper was that day 1 through 5. So just use this. The beautiful thing about Kajabi is that they make it so easy to just get started. Yeah, you can do a lot of fancy stuff, but just stick with what they already give you. When you build out your landing pages, the other thing you're going to want is to go over to the marketing tab and go to events. And here is where you can add a new event. And when you create an event, this is how you add a countdown timer onto your landing page. You have to have an event created. So if I go back to my, uh, last workshop that I did, I think it was in July. This was on YouTube specifically. You can see, hey, you're in, workshop details inside. So at the time of registration, which means as soon as they fill out that form, then you're in, workshop details, and just gives them a quick rundown of, hey, this is when we're meeting, this is what time, it's live and interactive. You don't have to do the text reminders. If you want to, go for it. It's with a third-party tool though. And I said, hey, let's get your channel set up. So we were 3 days out. It's about YouTube. I made a YouTube video on my channel about a setup guide for YouTube, and it was how to create a YouTube channel in 2026, because a lot of people didn't have a channel yet. So I gave them this, and then they had their channel fully set up when we got to the workshop, and then we could actually dive into the real workshop training. And then we go live tomorrow. Today's the day. We're live in 1 hour. Hey, we're going live right now. Just like create reminders for them. That's really all you have to do. And I wrote these out, I think, in ChatGPT. 'Cause I had to get something out there quick. But yeah, I mean, look how simple this email is. Like, hey, first name, we're going live in 1 hour for the YouTube workshop. Click here to jump in the room. Uh, it just pointed them straight to a Zoom meeting. Bring your questions and something to take notes with. I'll see you soon, James. Okay, these don't have to be complicated. The biggest thing is that you're creating an opportunity in an environment to solve a painful problem. A lot of people are like, I would love to get into YouTube, but I don't know what to do or how to do it. And then they see my workshop that's free. Come hang out, I'll teach you about YouTube. They're like, perfect, I was just thinking about being on YouTube. And then they get in the room, we build a relationship in 2 hours, and then at the end I can present my offer. Now, a quick caveat on that. I wouldn't just say like make a full-fledged offer. Trust me, I've tried all of them and I found that the best thing to do after a 2-hour workshop and throughout it as well, in the beginning, remind people in the middle and at the end, is to tell them, hey, if you want to learn more about working with me privately on all of this stuff and get my help for the next 3 to 6 months or however long your program is, then you can book a 15-minute call with me sometime this week. The 15-minute call is awesome because people already spent a ton of time with you in the workshop and they got a feel if they want to work with you or not. So the serious people can book the 15-minute call and when they sit down, they know it's a quick call, so they get straight to the point. And then you guys can talk about where they're at, where they want to be, what's getting in the way, And then if it makes sense, you can present your offer. Now, if you sit on that 15-minute call and it all goes well and someone's like, heck yeah, man, I want to hire you, go into sales and then pricing. And then you click get link with your checkout page and just send it inside the Zoom meeting at this 15-minute call. And if I'm like, dude, I'm ready to do this, let's go. Cool. I just sent you a checkout page. You'll sign up and then we'll start our first call next week. They're like, cool, one-time payment, boom, fill it out, you have a client. This is by far the simplest way to do this because think about it, you could try and hunt down people and do one-on-one conversations, or you can create a premium offer that's $3,000 or more. Yes, you can charge that much. I don't care what it is you're coaching people on. Host a workshop related to what your main offer does and start inviting people. Run it once a week, or you can do it every other week. Run ads, host the event on Eventbrite. Use word of mouth, reach out to people, figure it out, but get people in the room. You are an entrepreneur. Keep the workshop dead simple. Just use a regular Zoom meeting. If you get 5, 15, 30, 50, 100 people into this room who are interested in trying to figure out this thing that your workshop is about, you deliver awesome value, change the way they think about this problem and show them what's possible for them, and then invite them to take that next step. You will fill up your calendar with people who need your help and who want to take that next step. And that gives you a prime opportunity to present your offer, send your checkout page, get a client, and start making money quick inside of Kajabi. So to get you going, let me know in a comment right below this video, who are you helping? What is your offer? And what's a workshop idea that you could host to get those people coming to you? And if you wanna learn more about offer creation, watch this video next and I'll show you why 99% of coaches can't sell their programs. If this video was helpful, a like and a share is incredibly appreciated but not mandatory. Take what you learned Get out there, make something happen. We'll see you in the next one.
