There's a couple of different formats that we can build a lead magnet in. You can do a short PDF guide, super valuable. It's easy to consume, it's easy to create. Checklists are great. It could be like the best foods to get to lose weight and build muscle. You could have a checklist of exactly what foods to go grocery shopping with that day. The other one is a cheat sheet, which is kind of like the short guide and exclusive online training that is only accessible by opting in. Another great one that's super common are online quizzes. I'd say your best bet when you're just getting started with this is to create some sort short guide like my 5-step action plan.
