But none of it is going to translate into money in your pocket if you don't do the things that I'm gonna share with you today. And you're gonna be one of those people like I was for so long who keeps paying for Kajabi $150, $200 a month, whatever plan you're on, and you keep paying money to Kajabi and you're like, I'm not making anything back. It's because you're not doing this. Online business and business in general is all about solving people's problems, and not enough people know what problems they're actually going to solve. And that is is really the separator between you making money in Kajabi or online in general with any other tool and not. So if you don't wanna be broke and you do wanna use Kajabi, you have to start by finding problems that people are facing and then you passionately solving those problems for them. I like to tell people that your winning business idea, the thing that's actually gonna make money and help a ton of people, is in just that. It's finding a problem that lots of people face and lots of people struggle with that you passionately want to solve. And then your job is to just be the role model that solves the problem for those people and then helps them along the way. You don't need to be at the top of the mountain, you just need to be climbing the mountain a little bit further than the people that you can help. Typically this big problem is something that you experienced in your past. For example, if you used to be a fat kid and now you're really fit and you love learning about nutrition and optimizing your health, etc., you can help other people solve those problems for themselves. The easiest way to think about this is that there are 3 big categories: there's health, wealth, and relationships. People are always looking to make more money or save money or prevent themselves from losing money. People are always looking to get in a more fulfilling relationship or find new love or deepen their current relationship. And people are always trying to find ways to get in better shape and optimize their health. So if you want to create a compelling business and programs down the road, it's best to focus on those different areas— health, wealth, or relationships— just to keep things simple. And think about the problem that you faced for so long and that you've learned how to solve for yourself, because the chances are, if it was a big problem for you, it's most likely going to be a big problem for a lot of other people. And then you can just teach the things that you've learned along the way. The more you learn, the more you can earn. So what's the big problem for you that a lot of other people face and that you passionately want to solve? The next way to make money on Kajabi from this information is to talk to real people, connect with people that fit in that audience. An example for me is I love helping coaches and content creators because that's the business that I chose to go in and I struggled with it for years. How do I market myself? How do I make sales? How do I create products? I'm teaching you the things that I wish I knew when I had first started. And I know that I'm a coach, I'm a content creator, So those are the people that I help, 'cause I know there's so many people, they get into the space, they wanna make money, it's probably why you're watching this right now, and they struggle, they don't know what to do, or they keep trying different tactics and nothing's really working. So my mission is to show up and passionately solve these problems for people and translate in a way that's simple for them to actually do something with it. So for me, my people are coaches and content creators. Who are they for you? Find those people in Facebook groups, on LinkedIn, casual conversations, go to networking events, whatever it is, and just start conversations and learn about what's frustrating for them, what do they want to achieve, and what's getting in the way of them actually achieving that. Another great way to talk to people and get information about what people are actually struggling with is to run surveys. Surveys are great because you can build them in a free form builder like Google Forms or JotForm. And a survey should be really simple, just like your conversation should be really simple. And whether it is a conversation or a formal survey, what I'd recommend is to cover 3 main areas. You wanna find where are people at? What's the challenge, the frustration, the pain, the annoyance that they're facing related to whatever it is that you're helping them with? Next, what is the dream that they have? What is the aspiration, the hope, the desire that they want to achieve related to whatever it is that you're helping them with, whether it's getting in shape, finding a relationship, making more money, or learning the guitar, it doesn't really matter. And then lastly, what is the barrier, the obstacle, the uncertainties that they have that are preventing them, what they feel are preventing them from getting from point A to point B. When you know where people are at, where they want to be, and what's getting in the way, you then have the bedrock to create really great products that people actually want to buy because you're learning this information from real people. This is what I do with every single new client that comes into the door. Half the battle to creating a winning product that people actually want to buy is just finding the thing that they actually want to buy. It's the idea of the product. And with all this information from conversations Write down what people are saying, use their words, look at formal surveys and see what people are actually typing into these surveys and seeing what their challenges, their frustrations, their dreams, their obstacles are. What we then want to do is determine the trend. We want to see what's the biggest challenge that everybody seems to be saying related to their challenge. What's the biggest outcome everybody seems to be wanting? And then what's the biggest barrier or most common obstacles that people are facing in getting from point A to point B. And you're going to actually assess all this information that you have. Once you've spotted that trend, then you can consider building out products and thinking about lead magnets and thinking about content that you can create. You have to understand what your audience actually cares about, who they are and what problems they're facing, what outcomes they really want and what's getting in the way of them actually making it happen. I guarantee that when you actually do this, when you do the work, you are going to find so much more success in Kajabi or any other tool that you decide to use when growing your business. Because in the end, an online business and business in general is just about solving people's problems, and in return for solving that problem, they give you some money. That's it. But the businesses that truly succeed versus the ones that may succeed for a little bit and then disappear The ones that really succeed for the long run are the ones who really do this work. They study their audience, they know who their audience is, they care about their audience, and they create products to support their audience in achieving their dreams. When you do that, I guarantee you'll be successful in Kajabi.
