All right, to get started with your order bumps and upsells, we're gonna go to the Sales tab and then go down to Offers. Here you're gonna see all the different offers that you have. Let's say in this example that my sweet mini course is my main offer that I'm pushing. That's the one I'm promoting or running ads to. That's the big offer. So we're gonna click over on my sweet mini course. And then we have a couple options over here. We want to go over to Edit Checkout. We click on that. You're gonna have your checkout page all set up. It's $200 for this course. We'll go over here to Order Bump, and you can add your order bump. We're gonna click on the one that we want. Now, there's a difference between the order bump and the upsell. The biggest difference is that the order bump can be found on the checkout page. It's typically a very low-ticket offer, and it's never a subscription. It's, well, I mean, sometimes maybe people will, but typically it's not best to put a subscription because it's just such a subtle little box. It's better to do an extra module or an extra worksheet bundle. In this case, that's the offer that I have down here. And then the drip course, in this example, we're just gonna have be our upsell, okay? So that's a $97 product, a little bit more expensive. Not quite as expensive. It's called an upsell, but technically that would be a downsell. So we're gonna use the worksheet bundle, because that's a great little offer here. It's $27. I would say keep your order bumps to about $47, because the theory with an order bump is that, you know, people are coming here for this, for my sweet mini course in this example. It's the main entree, it's the burger, if we will. The order bump is more of the fries, okay, it's the side that you get. The little extra add-on, the extra treat. So think about the analogy of when you're going through a drive-through and you're like, I wanna get a burger in this case. You go over, you get your burger, as soon as you come up they're like, do you want fries with that? It's very casual. Or if you're getting groceries, you get the stuff that you really came there for, you're in the line and then there's all the candy and the magazines right where the conveyor belt is to check out all of your groceries. And it's kinda like, oh, maybe I wanna throw a candy bar in here. It's something small, but it's something sweet. Okay, so a worksheet bundle is a great example, and it's priced here at just $27. So we can go down to this box and say something like, pick up this awesome worksheet bundle to get the most out of this course, something like that. Okay, obviously you would want to explain what it is, what they're going to be getting with it, maybe add a little bit, you you know, a couple dashes or a couple of bullet points, like you're gonna learn this, this, and this. Pretty much the same setup we have over here, just a more condensed version. We'll hit save, and then as you can see in this little box that shows up, people come here, they want to get my sweet mini course, they can put in their information, do little checkboxes, subscribe to our email list, etc., and then they see this, pick up this awesome worksheet bundle to get the most out of this course. Yes, I wanna add the worksheet bundle. I would even add just $27. We can add a bold, okay, we'll save that. Okay, just $27, and then they can say yes, I wanna add that worksheet bundle. Cool, as soon as they click the check mark and then say complete my purchase, it's automatically going to add $27 to the $197 in this case. So that's your order bump. Next we have upsells. To access the upsells, we're gonna go back to my sweet mini course. This is the main page. We were just at edit checkout. That's where we added that order bump. Now we can go over here. We have details, pricing, upsells. We'll click on upsells. From here we can create an after purchase flow. So the upsell only occurs after someone says checkout. They hit the green button, submit their payment. Then they go get redirected to a page, which is your upsell. But like it says here, maximize your profit with an upsell or downsell. This allows members to buy an additional offer in just one click. We'll click get started. We're gonna select an offer. In this example, we're gonna use the drip course. So it's a $97 upsell, which is technically a downsell because the course originally is $200, but that's fine. For the title, we'll say get access to drip course. For only $97. Okay, this is gonna be a title. I'll show you what the upsell looks like at the end. You can add a little description, a little subtitle if you want. It's easier after you put this stuff in to look at the end product and then kind of decide, ooh, maybe I'd like to add this, add a little bit more text, etc. Here you're going to add a video. Ideally, we want this upsell video to be under 3 minutes. The shorter the better. Just give them a big thank you for picking up your program that they had just went through the checkout page for and say real quick, this is the only time you'll ever be able to get this specific offer. If you leave this page, you're not going to get it back. Okay, your upsell should be very congruent and just like that, like a great add-on, kind of like, do you want fries with that? But a bit more substantial. It could be another course that you're offering for 50% off. The big thing about an upsell is that there's built-in scarcity. Because the only way that they will ever get this special deal is if they buy your course again, or if you happen to have the same upsell on a different product. So upload your file here, it needs to be 4 gigabytes or less, and then you can add, you know, add this to my order, and then you could say no thanks, no thanks, take me to course name, whatever the name of that course is. So we're gonna add this upsell, and then from here you can add a downsell, you can add another upsell. I don't like when I go through someone's funnel and they have like 5 upsells. It's like, okay guys, just chill. I came here for a product, I got that. Having one upsell that is congruent with the main order that they came for, just as a great value add for a special price, I think is more than enough. So what we want to do is go over here, click preview, and now we'll be able to see this text. Okay, this is what it's all going to look like. Get access to drip course for only $97, $97 US, add this to my order, or they can click no thanks, take me to my course, to whatever the course name is. When you add that video, it's going to be right above this $97 USD. And that's really what your upsell page is going to look like. Very simple, very cut and dry. Either they add this to their order or they don't. The cool thing is that when they click Add This to My Order, they've already gone through the checkout process. But even though they're past the checkout process, this $97 is going to get added to the $197. Or if they got the order bump, the $197 plus the, the $27 plus the $97. That makes sense. So that's how you set up order bumps and upsells in Kajabi. If you have any questions about this, let me know in a comment below and I'll do my best to answer that question.
