Text Magic Tutorial 1 - Facts About Text Messages & Creating An Account

So yeah, you just want to understand that it is going to cost you some money to do text message marketing, but it's 100% worth it because if you go back, TextMagic actually has a couple cool facts about text messaging, important facts about text messaging. 15.2 million text messages are sent every minute worldwide. That's pretty crazy. 95% of those texts are read within 3 minutes of being sent because people are used to getting text messages. I mean, even look here, 4.2 billion people send text messages worldwide. It's very common to have text messaging now. It's over half the population of the entire world uses text messaging. So very, very, very big, very common. 90 seconds is the average response time for text messages. That's pretty crazy. 90 seconds is the average response. Imagine sending out a broadcasted email or text message to people promoting some kind of offer, and then in 90 seconds you have people saying, heck yeah, I'm in, where do I sign up? Or you have a link inside, which we'll get into, and then they click on that link and then you're making sales that quick. Because 75% of people prefer offers to be sent via text message. That's pretty awesome. So text message is definitely something that you should be including. I'm not saying to ixnay email, but, um, you should definitely use both because some people, they don't want to send text messages. They don't want to be a part of that, you know, for whatever reason. Maybe you got to build more of a relationship. Until you get to that point, you know, whatever. Email is not dead. I do not believe that email is dead because people run huge businesses.
