YouTube comments are gold mines. People pour their heart and soul out. Type in how to blank, insert whatever your course topic is going to be. And again, they have this huge list of videos. Click on a video that has really high engagement. Specifically, we're looking for comments. A lot of the comments that you go through can just be people saying, oh, I love this person or this person's awesome. But every now and then when you scroll through, you will end up finding people saying, hey, I really like this video, but I want to have a question about this. And people have questions. And what's crazy is that questions get left unanswered all the time. Think about, can I use this in my sales copy? Can I use this in crafting a persuasive email? Could I use that as something that I could address ahead of time in my sales page? Those are kind of thoughts that I'm thinking when I do customer research.
