Agencies buy AI minutes directly from providers like VAPI or ElevenLabs using their own card, then resell to clients at whatever price they set. The platform handles billing, but the provider charges only actual usage with zero markup, so agencies keep all the margin.
So there's one thing which I want to be clear about. We do not mark up your voice minutes or your chat minutes. You buy those directly from your provider, VAPI, Retail, ElevenLabs, Ultravox, or Bona. Your card is connected to your provider account. They charge you for usage, and depending on whatever markup you've applied for your client, your clients are paying you a higher marked-up amount directly to your Stripe account. So in short, we are giving you a billing layer so you can package it and charge your clients. As your own product. So that's the money model. You set the pricing, you set the markup, and it's billed through your Stripe.
