How you can make this happen without juggling multiple tools and keep all your clients in the same branded GHL sub-account. And when you're extending these AI calling and AI chat services, how you can rebill your clients and collect payments all inside your own GoHighLevel account. You will need a free trial on Voice AI Wrapper. You can just go to voiceairapper.com and sign up for a free trial. And inside Voice Airapper, if you're using ElevenLabs, VAPI, or Retail, you can just connect their API keys and you can start building agents inside these platforms. Once these agents are synced, you can create programmatic outbound agents and inbound AI receptionists. For your GoHighLevel subaccounts, their dashboard loads right inside GoHighLevel. It's split up into 3 distinct parts. The first part is connecting an external platform inside GoHighLevel so your GoHighLevel subaccount users can view it without having to log into different platforms. The second part is connecting your GoHighLevel calendar to external AI providers. And the third is syncing contacts to be called by an external provider. We'll take that step by step. The first step is making sure your AI calling dashboard shows up. Directly inside your GoHighLevel subaccount. When you're creating client accounts inside VoiceShare wrapper, you would go ahead and head over to users, and inside users, you would generate an embedded URL. For this, you just need to add app.gohighlevel.com as a registered domain, and it'll generate a unique embed URL for that specific user. Make sure this URL is not shared publicly because it has a secret token which Carries the password and the user credentials of the user you created inside VoiceShare Wrapper. Now, once you have that URL, you would head over to GoHighLevel, go into your agency admin view, and head over to custom menu links. And you will add that URL and you will decide which subaccount inside GoHighLevel gets access to that dashboard. When your GHL subaccount owners log into their portal, they will see the custom dashboard that you've created. They will see their Voice AI calling dashboard, and whenever they pay you, they can pay you directly to your Stripe account. Next stop, connecting your GoHighLevel calendar specific to the subaccount. So just head over to Tools inside Voice AI Wrapper, click on Add Tool, and you have a template which allows you to create a calendar availability and a calendar booking widget for GoHighLevel. Finally, you would connect with the GoHighLevel integration, Once you click on connect, it will launch your GoHighLevel admin page. And once the app is connected and you're about to create automation workflows, just head over to apps and search for Voice AI. You can create a bunch of actions using this app in the GoHighLevel marketplace. To summarize, this integration will allow you to connect external Voice AI provider like ElevenLabs, VAPI, Retail, or Voice AirApper's own system to GoHighLevel. This will allow you to load that entire interface directly inside your GoHighLevel subaccount interface. It will also allow you to fetch contacts directly from GoHighLevel, call them, update them, mark them as do not call, update their status, and so on.
