Okay, in one of our previous videos, we've shown you how to get an event ID and your cal.com API keys. In this video, we will show you how to use those keys to connect your scheduling tool with Voice AI Wrapper so that your agent can check your availability on your calendar and also book a meeting. So for that, we will head over to Tools, and then I'll click on Add. So we have 2 sections here. We have an easy template which is already created in our product. So there are 2 things that you need to do. You need to set up a tool to check the availability on your calendar, and then you need to set up another tool to book a meeting. So I'll use one of our easy-to-use templates. I click on Check Availability and I add the Cal.com API key which I had copied in my past video, and I'm gonna add the event ID type. Similarly, I will go ahead ahead and click on the Book a Meeting function tool, and then I'm gonna add my cal.com API keys. Once these are added, they will appear here like the ones which I've already created. And then to connect these tools with the agent that I have created, I'll head over to Assistants. I'll go to the agent that I have created to make outbound calls, and I will go ahead and click on Advanced, click on Tools, click on the dropdown. Now I see both the tools that I have created. I'm going to select both of them and hit save. Now what is going to happen now is because I've connected my calendar and with the Voice AI agent, when the agent calls out and it wants to book a meeting on my calendar, it will be able to look up my calendar's availability and then it will also be able to book a meeting on my calendar. That's it.
