Hello, in this video we'll show you how to use VAPI voice APIs with Voice AI Wrapper to create outbound calling assistants. We'll also show you how to add numbers and SIP connections for calling and how to configure your agent to call when you want it to call and also get analytics out of your campaigns. The total cost of creating this is going to be zero, reason being Voice AI Wrapper offers a free trial account. You can get one at voiceairapper.com. VAPI also allows you to get started and it gives you a few credits and a free phone number with which you can call US phone numbers. The total time required to set this up is going to be less than 40 minutes. So even if you are brand new to this and just getting started, you should be able to cover up within 40 minutes. On the telephony side, we support every provider that BAPI works with. Do keep in mind though that there are calling restrictions in certain countries for outbound and for certain 3 verticals. So let's get started. Okay, I am logged into my Voice AI Wrapper account, and what I'm going to do first is configure my phone number. But before that, if you are a first-time user, you will get a pop-up like this when you create a Voice AI Wrapper account, and you need to fill this with your API keys. And then you can head over to phone numbers, um, click import, and you can import an existing number or the free number that VAPI has provided you with your, with your account. So I've already set up this number. Now the next thing that I will do is go ahead and configure my agent. One point here is that Voice AI Wrapper round trips with VAPI, which means whatever you have created inside your VAPI account is also going to reflect here along with their configuration. So for the sake of this video, I've created a sample agent, an outbound calling agent. And as you can see, I get a choice of transcribers and what voice models I can use with this agent. And once I'm done, I can either test this agent inside Voice AI Wrapper or I can launch this agent inside VAPI. After you've trained your agent, in case there are additional items that you need to train the agent on, there's an option to add your knowledge base. Again, this works bidirectionally, which means you can either add your knowledge base in VAPI or you can add it here and it's going to reflect in the agent. Let's head over to campaigns. I can go ahead and click on add campaign and I can start creating an inbound or an outbound campaign. I've created one for the sake of this demo. The first thing that I get is an option to control the concurrency of the campaign, which means how many calls I want to go out parallelly. From my campaign. And inside campaign settings, I get additional controls. I can go ahead and control what days of the week the agent is calling out, which phone number the agent needs to call out from, how many dials it's making per lead, what's the duration between every call attempt, and also if I want to treat voicemail as an answered call. To add leads to your campaign, you can either go ahead and upload the leads manually, or we also provide an API, which means you can automatically fill leads from your CRM or even Airtable directly into your outbound campaign. There are also additional controls called tools and functions. Tools basically give you different options to perform actions during the call, and functions are post-call actions like sending a follow-up message or an email or, or a link. Once I'm done with this, I can just hit schedule campaign and my campaign will be live. After you've launched your campaigns, all the call logs related to the campaign is going to show up here. And if you head over to analytics, you will get detailed analytics on the performance of the campaign along with the costs associated with it.
