Hey guys, in this video I'll show you how you can create and manage your outbound calling campaigns with your Voice AI Wrapper account connected to your Wrappy account. So I'm logged into my Voice AI Wrapper account right now and I will head over to campaigns. Inside campaigns, I get an option to add an inbound or an outbound campaign. We're going to focus on outbound for now. I've created a dummy outbound campaign for this video. If I head inside the campaign, I now have options where I can configure my campaign. So as you can see, I can pick which agents I want to use for this campaign. I can also select which SIP line or what phone number I'm gonna use for this campaign. I can select the campaign start and end date, time, time zone. I can decide when are the calls going out, which days of the week are the calls going out, how many times are the leads being called, and what is the duration between every attempt, and what is the max number of dialouts that are happening during my outbound campaign. After you've configured your campaign settings, you can just go ahead and schedule your campaign using the button here, and it'll start calling out and generate analytics for your outbound campaign.
