In this tutorial, Raj Baruah walks viewers through using Voice AI Wrapper, a white‑label voice AI platform for agencies, to automate outbound calls to leads sourced from a CRM or a web form. He explains how to create an outbound campaign, ingest leads via the platform’s Add‑Lead API (including custom fields), and optionally update lead data back to the CRM with the Lead‑Update API. The video details configuring calling cadence—dial attempts, wait intervals—and setting up webhooks or Make/Zapier integrations to push call outcomes, recordings, and transcripts back to the CRM or other workflows. It also covers the platform’s built‑in analytics, custom dashboard creation, and client‑portal controls for sharing recordings and transcripts. Finally, Baruah shows how to configure “tool calls” in provider agents (ElevenLabs, VAPI, Retail) to automatically send SMS, WhatsApp, or email messages during or after a call. The tutorial ends with a call‑to‑action for a free trial and support options.

Welcome to a brand new video with Voice AI Wrapper. In this video, we'll show you how your agency can trigger automated AI calls to contacts which are in your CRM, or maybe you want to instantly trigger a call to someone who just filled up an ad form, how to configure that automation, and how do you also set up post-call or on-call actions such as triggering an SMS or WhatsApp message or an email. Right, so we're going to head over to VoiceAir Upper. There are other tutorials in our channel which show you how to set up the rest of your agency portal. For quick reference, VoiceAir Upper is a VoiceAI white label platform. It allows agencies and businesses to white label leading providers like ElevenLabs Agent Platform, VAPI, or Retail, etc. You can create customized client portals in multiple languages. You can add your own billing plans. Whatever you're being charged by your base voice AI provider, you can mark up that cost and you can profit from your clients using your white label voice AI platform. So the topic today is how do you fetch leads from your CRM, or let's say like a lead signup form, and how do you trigger a call? All right. So for that, the first thing that you would need to do is set up a campaign. Now to give you an example, campaigns are essentially our way of segregating incoming and outgoing calls. In this scenario where you are triggering a call to a lead from another source, you will set up an outbound campaign. And once you set up your outbound campaign, you have an option to add leads to the campaign via API. We will go into details. After you've added leads using your API, you then have controls over your calling cadence. You have controls over how many times you want to dial that lead. What is the gap or the duration that you want to wait before trying the next dial attempt? And then you also have options to send all the campaign information, including the call outcome, any key contact information that you captured in the call. You can also send that over either directly to your CRM, let's say a GHL or a HubSpot using an inbound webhook, or you can send it to any end or a Make or a Zapier workflow, and then you can scrub the data and then you can update your CRM. Now, as this happens, your system will also generate call transcripts, recordings, and all of that. Plus you also get analytics in our platform and you can share these analytics and these dashboards with your client in your white label client portal. Yeah. If you don't want these analytics, you can always go ahead and set up your own custom page. And with your own custom analytics, you can, you can go ahead and add a page here inside your client portal. We have the ability to give you the control over which page shows up for which client, and you can have custom dashboards and completely unique analytics show up for each client. So let's go to campaigns and let's walk through the process of setting up your lead fetch from, let's say, a CRM system. So I'll head over to one of the sample campaigns that I've created. So I'd go in here. Once I've created the campaign, I'll go to campaign settings. I go to leads. And then when we click on manage leads, you'll see that there are multiple options to add leads. Yeah. The add lead API. This is the API call and you can add custom fields and custom attributes, lead attributes to that API call. This is going to fetch leads directly from whatever CRM system you're using, either it's GoHighLevel or HubSpot or even an Airtable. We also have a lead update API, which means based on the call conversation, you can override a lead's value in your CRM system, or you can update a lead value. And this essentially builds the connection between your CRM system and your Voice AI calling campaign inside Voice AI Wrapper. So this is going to fetch the leads and add it to your campaign. And then based on your campaign cadence and frequency and the agent which is connected to the campaign, your calls are going to go out. Now, as the calls keep on happening, your campaign is going to generate analytics. You can either use these analytics or you can go in and add a webhook here under call settings. And this is going to send over all the campaign data, the outcome, and call information over to your webhook, and then you can use this to create custom dashboards, right? On top of this, every call that happens also generates call recordings and transcripts, and you can review this, or you can give your clients access to view the call transcripts and recordings based on their choice. All right, I hope this was— this explains how you fetch leads and how you send lead information back to your CRM system using Voice AI Wrapper. Now when it comes to sending SMSs or let's say a WhatsApp message or an email for an AI-generated call, this is called a tool call and you would set that up either in your ElevenLabs agent configuration or your VAPI agent configuration or your retail agent configuration. All providers offer the option to create tool calls and all you need to do is connect whatever business tool you're using for communicating with your leads. And as the call happens and depending on the prompt in your agent, it is going to trigger or send over SMS or an email or any other communication of your choice. I hope this video was useful.
