In this tutorial, the presenter demonstrates how agencies can leverage the Voice AI Wrapper white‑label platform to set up and manage client billing through Stripe. After briefly noting that basic platform setup is covered elsewhere, the video walks through the Billing Configuration section of the console, where users connect their Stripe API keys and create three primary billing categories: subscription plans, usage (credit) packs, and one‑time charges. The presenter explains the various subscription models—standard recurring subscriptions, subscription + overage, subscription + usage packs, and subscription + usage billing—detailing how each can incorporate provider cost mark‑ups (e.g., ElevenLabs, VAPI, Retail) and trial periods defined by days or minutes. Usage packs are described as credit bundles that agencies can price and sell to clients. One‑time charges cover onboarding or ad‑hoc fees. After creating a billing plan, the tutorial shows how to associate it with a client’s account, enable usage pack purchases, and request one‑time payments. The client‑facing billing portal displays the assigned plan, trial status, and payment options, with pop‑ups for immediate or delayed payment. Built‑in payment reminders and recovery mechanisms handle failed payments, while the admin dashboard provides visibility into successful and failed transactions and allows plan activation, cancellation, or modification. The presenter emphasizes multi‑currency support, flexible billing frequencies, and the ability to automatically apply a configurable markup over the underlying voice‑AI provider’s per‑minute cost, ensuring agencies can maintain profit margins while offering a fully white‑labeled voice AI service.

Hi everyone, in this video I'll show you how voice AI agencies can use Voice AI Wrapper, which is essentially a voice AI white label platform. I'll show you our payment integration and how agencies that use our platform can use ElevenLabs or VAPI or Retail running in the background and create pricing plans and charge their clients based on their choice. So let me take you to our Voice AI Wrapper dashboard. So I wouldn't spend time talking about the basic setup. You would want to watch the other videos on our channel if you want to understand how to set this up. We will focus purely on pricing integration and rebilling your clients today. So the first step here would be to head over to billing configuration inside our console. You would connect your Stripe keys, and then right after you connect your Stripe keys, you have an option here to add billing plans. So there are 3 primary billing categories in our platform. You can create subscription plans, which I'll talk about in detail. You can also create usage packs. Usage packs are like credit packs for voice minutes. And then for agencies who charge an onboarding or you need to charge an ad hoc fee and you want to automate that, you can also create a one-time charge for your clients and you can bill clients for all of these, all or any of these items at any point in time. So let's talk about the subscription plans. So if I go to add billing, we have multiple options to bill your clients. All of this is basically billed directly on your Stripe account. So whatever your clients pay, it's going directly to your Stripe without any markups or margins in between. So you can bill your clients based on usage, which means let's say If you're using ElevenLabs, for instance, and if ElevenLabs is charging you, let's say, 7 cents per minute, you can decide to mark it up by another 10 cents. And let's say you want to charge them, your clients, by 17 cents. Our system is going to automatically calculate how many minutes, voice minutes, your clients are using. It's going to apply that markup and bill them automatically, and the payment is going to come through to your Stripe account. There are also options to add trial. You can give your clients a free trial period, which can be based on days or number of minutes. And similarly, we have other billing plans like subscription plus overage, right? So if you wanna charge them a recurring subscription fee right up front, like a SaaS product, and then calculate how much they're using and charge that at the end of your billing period, you can select this plan. You can also select subscription plus usage packs. This is in case your clients don't want to pay for voice minutes upfront and they don't know what their usage is and they just want to keep on buying credit packs. You can give them a subscription plus usage pack option. And then lastly, you have a subscription plus usage billing option, right? In this scenario, you have the subscription and the usage calculated and billed at the end of your billing period. So there are multiple currencies that we support, and you can also bill your clients in multiple billing frequencies. And that's it. So once you're done, your billing plan is created, and the only thing left here would be to head over to your client account and associate this billing plan to your client account. I'll come to that. Next up is our usage packs. Usage packs are credit packs you can allow your clients to buy top-up voice minutes and you can decide what their pricing is, very straightforward. Lastly, you can also set up one-time charges, right? So one-time charges can be an onboarding charge, it can be an ad hoc charge, maybe a mid-month or a midway one-time charge, and you can create this here. And right after you create these pricing plans, you can head over to your client account. And when you go inside your client account, you now under the billing section, you can go ahead and associate the subscription plan. You can also make a usage pack available for them to buy. And under one-time payments, you can go ahead and request a payment for the one-time fee that you have set up, right? So what's going to happen is when your clients log into your portal, depending on whether you— what plan you have assigned to them, they would need to make that payment, and they would either get or not get a free trial period based on what you have selected for them. Clients will see a pop-up like this once they log in, and they have an option to pay that one-time fee right away, or they can choose to be reminded later. There are also billing reminders built in, which means if their payment fails, there's a built-in recovery systems in place which will remind them to clear the payment. On your admin side, you will be able to view what payments have been made and what payments have failed, and if your client needs to retry the payment and if you need to nudge your client to pay. VoiceAir wrapper has billing and usage management on both sides. As an agency admin, you can go ahead and manage your client's billing, as in cancel their plan and activate plans on the admin side. Clients have their own billing portal which they see right inside the dashboard, and then when they head over to their billing portal, they can see which plan they are subscribed for. They'll see the additional plans that you've assigned to them. They can also click on Manage Subscription and upgrade, downgrade, or cancel their plan based on whatever choices you've given them, right? So I hope this helps explain what kind of billing options agencies can use with Voice AI Wrapper. So irrespective of whatever market cost VAPI or ElevenLabs or retail is charging per voice minutes, you can always stay a step ahead and add a markup which will automatically adjust your profit margins against the costs of your service provider and allow you to offer voice AI services completely white-labeled under your brand. Thank you and meet you in the next video.
