ElevenLabs launched their multimodal conversation AI under their product name ElevenLabs Agent. This offers you both AI voice and AI chat in a conversational format. You can take all of the ElevenLabs features running under the hood and you can offer AI voice assistance and AI chat to your clients using Voice AI Wrapper. This includes the ability to create pricing plans of your own. You can create client portals with your own custom pages. This also means that when clients log into your portal, they think the software is yours because they don't see ElevenLabs or Voice AI Wrapper anywhere on the screen. If you don't have one, create an ElevenLabs account and plug in your keys right here. Plugging in your ElevenLabs keys will sync all your ElevenLabs account assets to Voicemail Wrapper, which means your agents, your phone numbers, tools, knowledge base, everything is going to show up here. And now you're ready to offer this to your clients and charge them your own pricing. You connect your agency's domain right here under portal configuration by adding your domain keys. You can then configure emails to go out from your email, and there are a bunch of templates which are already ready, which means when the clients log into your portal, they see your URL and the notification they get are from your email. If you feel like adding additional pages to your client portal, you can easily do that and you can reorder the pages the way you want to on your client portal. Now to rebill your clients, you can either use Stripe, or if you don't use Stripe, you can bill off-platform. In case you're using some other payment processor, you can use our API keys and bill on some other system other than Stripe. There are multiple billing options and you can create billing plans, which can be a one-time survey charge, or it can be a credit pack, which can automatically top up. Or you can also charge your clients a recurring subscription fee. Plus an overage fee. We allow client portals to be created in multiple global languages, and we support multiple currencies for billing. When you create client accounts, you get to select which specific asset they get to access, and you can also decide whether they have view-only or edit access. The agent creation process is very simplified, so you can either create agents on our platform or you can create agents on ElevenLabs. And whatever you create is bidirectional sync. You can also offer the same functionality to your clients, which means a client can start creating their own agents without knowing how to configure agents inside ElevenLabs. Moving forward, they can also configure tool calls like calendar integration or SMS integration using API keys. Once this is set up, you can then create outbound AI calling campaigns or inbound AI receptionists or Inbound AI chat widget. For outbound, you can upload leads to call via CSV, or you can fetch leads directly from, let's say, a HubSpot or a GoHighLevel CRM system via our API. When you make outbound AI calls with Voice Airapper, they are not batch calls. They are programmatic in nature, which means you can narrow down on the dialing schedule, the dialing behavior, and there are some advanced controls like the agent being able to recognize the not-called scenario, or the agent being able to recognize when the lead requested a callback. Similarly, you can create inbound AI receptionists and white label it under your brand. As long as you have enabled structured data or dynamic data inside your ElevenLabs account, it is going to start capturing the contact information and it's going to show up for your clients. Beyond AI phone calls, you can also use the ElevenLabs multi-mobile chat widget and you can embed it on your client's website. And the embed code that goes out is not the ElevenLabs URL, it is your domain on the embed code. Call and chat transcripts show up as into Win ElevenLabs agent platform. The only difference is this does not have the ElevenLabs or Voiceia wrapper name anywhere. When your client leaves it. So whether you have set up an AI outbound calling agent or an inbound AI receptionist, you get built-in analytics.
