I don't love people taking home equity lines of credit. It's a pretty sophisticated financial instrument. It gets people into trouble, especially now with interest rates being what they are. It's a very difficult thing to leverage. My approach is more conservative, I will openly admit that. But I'm conservative because like we discussed, I want to have a healthy margin of error so I can never go into serious risk, right? I'll spend a crazy amount on clothes or hotels or whatever, but I have an overall plan and I'm not going to violate that plan. And so that is my philosophy. So if I were you, you save 200 bucks a month for home improvement, I would dial that up and I might put aside 500 bucks a month, okay? Now in order to do that, now that you have a rich life vision, you're going to have to start getting specific about what you want to cut back.
