Hey everybody, Randy Dean, Email Sanity Expert here. Hey, are you familiar with the concept of microlearning where you learn one thing really quick and hopefully it sticks? Let's try it real quick. I want to show you a micro tip on how you can find your folders and access your folders faster in Outlook. Now here's the situation though. I got to talk about the situation. If you're an Outlook user, you've been using it for a long time, you'll probably make folders and folders inside of folders and folders inside of folders inside of folders, and you'll end up with a whole bunch of folders. But if you've been using those folders all day, then the problem that you run into is that it's hard to find your folders when you need your folders because you got so many folders open in your folders. Here's the micro tip. See these little Like drop carrots, click on this one right here, Inbox. Boom, that just collapsed all of those open folders, which means now I can go back into my inbox and only have the top level folders open so I can get exactly to the folders that I want to find. There's your micro tip. So if you've been using your Outlook all day and you got a whole bunch of dropdowns open, Go up and collapse the dropdowns by simply clicking on the little down caret and making it better. Cool. Easy, easy peasy. Hope you like that micro tip. Let's finish this. Hey, by the way, if you like these, um, let me know if you like these micro tips because I'm thinking I might make a bunch more of these. Uh, once again, I'd like to thank you for your time.
