In this brief April 2022 channel update, Randy Dean, the Email Sanity Expert, announces several new initiatives and improvements for his YouTube channel. He introduces a brand‑new short‑form series called “Did You Know?” designed for YouTube Shorts (under one minute) and points viewers to a new playlist that currently holds two episodes. He also highlights his existing microlearning series—videos of five minutes or less—with about 40 episodes available, noting a few slightly longer ones. Dean commits to a more programmatic posting schedule, aiming for at least one video per week and teasing an upcoming, as‑yet‑unnamed series that may launch with multiple episodes at once. He mentions recent rebranding efforts (new logo, “noggin” graphic), office renovations, and lighting upgrades to improve production quality. Viewers are directed to his refreshed website (randaldean.com) and invited to request free productivity PDF tip sheets by emailing Randy@randaldean.com with “YouTube PDF” in the subject line. The update closes with thanks to the audience and a light‑hearted comment about his haircut.

All right. Hi everybody. Randy Dean here, Email Sanity Expert. I wanted to do a quick video tonight to just give you a quick update on a couple of things going on with the channel. I'm going to go to full size here so I can talk to you a little bit more directly. One of the things that I just did tonight is I started making an even newer and even shorter video series. I'm calling it Did You Know? And I did it to fit the YouTube Shorts requirement of videos that are less than a minute in length. Uh, so you can watch for that. I've actually created a new playlist. It's only got 2 videos on it right now. This is in addition to the microlearning videos, which are designed to be mostly 5 minutes or less. I think there's 1 or 2 that sneak a little over that line, and now there's 40 of those videos in the microlearning video list. So obviously been building some stuff here, but the one thing that I wanted to share with all of you that have been my longer time followers is that I'm going to try to, from this point forward, be much more programmatic and regular with my postings of videos. And I'm going to try to do at least one video a week. Now, I can tell you certain weeks I will do more than one video, but I want to try to make the content coming in on a more regular and staggered basis, just so that you can have more of these tips more often. I even have an idea for a pretty cool little new little video series that I'm going to probably start recording some of the episodes, and I might save a few of those so I can bring them out 3 or 4 or 5 all at once when I first decide to launch this. So keep an eye open for that little announcement when that comes pretty soon. But just wanted to give you this update. You know, I've been doing a lot of work in the background to get a lot of getting things done. You may have noticed my new branding with the logo and the noggin and this and that and the other thing. I redid my office and set up a little bit to make things better, worked on some of the lighting issues. And so I'm just trying to get things to another level here. And I hope you like what we're doing. I hope you find these tips useful. I hope that you're finding lots of time and productivity. Out of these tips. And so with that, I'm going to go ahead and go back into this so I can end this to remind you that once again, I am Randy Dean, the Email Sanity Expert. I thank you for your time, not just right now, but ongoing as this channel has been building. I want to thank you for your time and support. If you'd like to learn more about me, you can go out to my website, which was just recently redone, randaldean.com.. And once again, I'll tell you, I have those productivity PDF tip sheets. If you want to get them, just send me an email, Randy@randaldean.com, put YouTube PDF in the subject line. I'll be happy to send them out. Thanks for your time and attention tonight. Oh, and if you're curious, did I get a haircut? No, I got them all cut.
