In this short devotional talk, the speaker explains how A.C. Bhaktivedanta Swami Prabhupada fostered rapid growth of ISKCON by encouraging every devotee, recognizing and utilizing each person's unique abilities, and making each individual feel valued. Prabhupada would often ask disciples for their opinions on how tasks should be done, even when he already knew the answer, to empower them and reinforce their importance.
