Caitanya’s sole purpose was to propagate the chanting of Hare Kṛṣṇa as a simple, effective means to develop love for God. The talk highlights Caitanya’s early life as a Sanskrit scholar and school teacher, noting that even while teaching grammar he reminded students of Kṛṣṇa. When he began his public preaching, he attracted followers from all social backgrounds, thereby spreading Krishna consciousness widely.
