Today's talk, it was amazing. It was by Ian from Bench. And I think it was really valuable hearing someone that's been through all of this talk about it especially. I think the part that touched on the most for me was that really, at the end of the day, you know, nobody really knows what they're doing. And what you should ultimately do is set an objective, go towards that objective. Once you've reached it, iterate, and do it again and do it again before you know it. Make it or you don't. Right. But the fun part is figuring out the process of the whole thing.
I enjoyed the talk. One of the things that struck me was just how candid Ian is. Often you hear the cliche responses, but he was just real and honest about things and that I appreciated. It was refreshing to hear someone who's been through the transfers, not sugarcoated or try and glamorize what's going on.
I really like how it was very intimate. That was really nice to kind of get a fuller picture of how Bench started, the struggles and stuff like that. It felt really informal, and that was really nice because you can get to the deeper issues.
It was a nice, casual, intimate setting, and I got to interact with Ian, which was great.
