In this personal video, Rebecca recounts her lifelong struggle with severe environmental allergies and asthma, which intensified after pregnancy, COVID‑19 infection, and long‑COVID symptoms. She describes how traditional mitigation methods—such as air filters—actually worsened her dust‑mite allergy because filters release mite feces back into the air, and how everyday exposures (fragrances, mold, pets) once triggered debilitating reactions. After discovering a peptide regimen centered on KPV (a short peptide) combined with the small‑molecule NAD+, she reports a dramatic reversal of symptoms: she can walk in fields, shop without masks, hug scented people, and even run four miles without asthma attacks. Rebecca emphasizes that dosing protocols are crucial for peptide success and directs viewers to a detailed blog post for dosing, sourcing, and mechanistic explanations. The video serves as a narrative hook, while the blog provides the technical backbone for those interested in replicating the protocol.

Before using peptides, I could never have done this. I could never have been walking in this field. There's a lot of weeds here. I'm so glad that I'm not going to have an asthma attack. Hi, I'm Rebecca and I'm here today to tell you about how my allergies have basically disappeared because of the use of peptides. Now I know what you're thinking, that's impossible, can't happen. She probably didn't have very bad allergies. So the first thing I want to do is tell you a little bit about my history with allergies. They started when I was young, about seventh grade. I noticed that I was allergic to cats and dogs when I went to sleep over at my friends houses and I had asthma triggered from them. So this was a big deal for me because I couldn't go to people's houses and I wanted to do sleepovers. And it is. They started affecting my whole life. I also had some allergies to dust mites and pollen. They got worse of course, after I got pregnant. You hear this from other people as well. And then when I got Covid, they got to horrific levels compared to what I formerly thought was bad. I was so allergic to everything, I couldn't be around. I. Let's see, let me list them all for you. Dust mites for sure. I realized that I was worse actually when I used bedroom air purifiers. And then I did some deep digging and I realized that the reason is because all filters on the market are unable to filter out what you're actually allergic to from the dust mites, which of course is their feces, which is gross, I know, but the filters can only catch the dust mites, not their feces. So here's what's happening. You're collecting all the dust mites in your filter and then it's blowing their feces right out at you. So for anyone who has dust mite allergies, I just want to do a public service announcement that filters aren't always the best thing. And I learned that the hard way. I found out that changing my furnace filters every three days was necessary. And just among so many other precautions. I also could not go into stores. I had so such allergies to, well, of course fragrance, but also there's often mold and mildew in those stores. Couldn't go to give anyone a hug who had any type of fragrance on or if their clothes were a little musty smelling, couldn't do it. Couldn't go in a library. I Remember wearing a mask outside and thinking people are going to think that. I think that you can catch COVID from, you know, 10ft away because I'm wearing mask outside. But really it was because my allergies, higher quality of life back then was very poor. So I had all of my other long Covid symptoms. But the allergies and the mast cell activation were off the charts. So I'm not talking about just like a little bit of allergies. I would be so itchy. My eyes, I would itch them out of my head, they were so terrible. I also had food allergies, but that's not what this video today is going to be about. I want to just focus on environmental allergies, indoor, outdoor. And the same remedy does work for food allergies. It's just not the topic of today's video. Here I am walking right among the rugby. This would have caused me to be sneezing, have asthma attacks. There's. There's no way that I could have been out here any other time of my life during the month of September. And here we are. I am completely fine. I. I can go around people with fragrance on. I can go to stores, any store I want, anytime. I used to be so fatigued because my lungs could not get enough oxygen to my body. Well, the other day we walked four miles. We walked to three department stores. As you know, that would be a major trigger for someone who has bad allergies. But I was totally fine. My daughter, same things, same peptides. She's better now. So how did I do this? I'm going to try a new format for my videos. And what I'm going to do is in the video portion, I will share the stories. Then I'm going to put the more technical information in a blog post because I think it's easier to read that information anyway than have me standing here reciting to you why a peptide works, what specific dosing to take, where to buy it, is not the most efficient use of time. So I'm gonna have my digital mind share with you what you'll find in the blog post. Put some quick preview screenshots up and then you can go there and get all the information. But I'll tell you real quickly. The main peptide, of course, is KpV and the small molecule is NAD. And something else important to know is that oftentimes when we use peptides, our specific type of dosing is very important to their success. So if you've tried something before, what I would urge you to do is just not write it off unless you check against the dosing that we used and see if it matches up. And see if anything in our blog post maybe resonates with you about why it might work better if you use the dosing that we are using. So let's call my Digital Mind. What you're seeing here is a preview of the blog post. If you want to know more about the peptides I'm using, how they work, dosing, where to get them, and what to expect, you'll find all of that there. You can screenshot this so you'll have it handy for later. So thank you for being here and also helping to spread the word about how peptides really can help you get your life back from allergies. Together, we've got this.
