Hi, I'm Rebecca and I'm here today to record what I hope will be the ultimate reconstitution video for mixing your peptides. It's even going to include the POP tab demonstration for the deionized water. So before we do that, I want to tell you real quick about a new website that we have. This video is going to be specifically for for that site. Also, I want to tell you real quick that we're having amazing success with using all of the nasal sprays that we use. So that's Salanq, Oxytocin and D sip under the tongue sublingually. I'm going to do a demonstration for you because I want to show you how it's best to angle your head downward so that way you can use a nasal spray bottle. If you're doing it this way, obviously you you're going to have problems with air getting in the sprayer. The last thing is to always make sure that after you reconstitute it, you keep it in the fridge.
So that's it.
Let's get to the video.
When you open your package from Limitless, you're going to have a syringe in two parts. You will unpack both of them and then what you'll do is screw the top onto the plunger. And that's pretty easy, straightforward. Then what you'll do next is wipe off the tops of the two bottles. This is deionized water and the other one is the peptide. Just wipe the top off and then after that you open your needle and you insert some air into the deionized water. What this does is breaks the seal so that it can come out much more easily. Watch. I'm not even pulling back the plunger. I'm just letting it flow into the syringe. Once that stops, we'll take it and you will put it into the little peptide bottle. It will actually pull it in without you even needing to do anything because it has the vacuum seal also. Then you will swish it around A little. Some places say shake it. Some places they don't shake it. We go about in the middle. Just make sure it's all mixed up. After that, you will get the nasal spray bottle ready. And you will then insert air again into the peptide bottle this time. And it'll watch. It's coming out automatically because of the seal. And then you insert that carefully into the nasal sprayer. And you keep doing that until you get all of the peptide out. So each time you insert more air. Otherwise it will end up with unequal balance. So you can see not as much comes out the subsequent times, but just keep going until you get it all. It may take you a couple of tries, but that's okay. After that, you'll take the pop tab off of the deionized water. And normally it comes off easier. It broke a little bit here, but that's all right. Just finish getting it off and then take off the top. And then you can easily pour it right into the nasal spray bottle. So that's so nice. You don't have to get it out with your syringe. Then you take the tub of the sprayer and you screw it on and you swish it around a little. And you remember to always keep it in the refrigerator. So your parts are the peptide, the deionized water, and your syringe. And you did a great job. Thanks for watching.
