Can I use an IUL for infinite banking? The system uses loans from a mutual insurance company using insurance policy collateral, repaying on their terms while the cash surrender value in the policy compounds uninterrupted over time. You start number one with a dividend-paying whole life insurance policy. You need a specially designed policy in order to do that over time. The policy is not infinite banking. It is simply the engine that allows you to follow some of these key principles. You have to set repayments. That's not stealing the peas, etc. And repeat that process over time.
