Dennis Yu explains how to interview experts without pretending to know the answers: ask simple questions, let them talk, and spend a dollar a day on ads to reach your audience. The interviewer's job is to be curious, not to be the expert.

If you're an entrepreneur and you're feeling, I don't know, nervousness before a deal or you're going to interview someone, like you said Richard on a podcast, just realize you're representing your audience. You are not trying to pretend, pretend that you are the expert, king of everything, know everything. You're. You're just asking intuitively, inquisitively, like a student. And you're not trying to pretend like you know everything. You're just asking questions very simply. And then if you're afraid of not getting any reach or no one seeing your stuff, just spend a dollar a day on Facebook or Twitter or whatever. Like the way we teach, you can Google it and see how it's done. And then you're guaranteed that the key audience that you want to see it will see it. And as long as you ask decent questions, it's good. And there's no pressure on you because you're asking and that expert's the one who has to answer. So this is so freeing for me because now I no longer have to be an expert on anything. Of course, you gotta do your research and prepare and all that.
