When you are evaluating a potential client, what are the optimum mindsets of clients that you most love to work with?
We work with so many different types of clients, but I think the ones that are most successful is just open to testing. They're open to just saying, look, you're here for a reason. We've hired you because we think you're an expert at what you do. So rather than hire buying a dog and then barking for it, even if I don't think what you're doing is going to work, you just go and do it and just prove to me one way or another if this is going to work or not. Just being open to having enough humility to know that they don't know everything about the customers, or they don't know every single thing about marketing or the business, and just being open to new ideas. I think that's essential, especially during times of change.
