Short excerpt from a YouTube video titled "Growth That Impacts Generations" (uploaded by Richard Canfield) in which interviewers ask speakers to reflect on long-term impact. Speaker A emphasizes their personal growth, how coaching changed their life trajectory, pride in impacting clients and families, and ongoing development within a team/coaching context.

If you were again 20 years down the road and you looked back on all the lives that you've impacted, what are you most proud of?
I would say probably my own growth and path. This has completely changed the trajectory of my life. I'm proud of all of the impact I've made on my clients lives and their family's lives. That's a given. But my own growth in coaching people on this process and coaching and mentoring other people one day, hopefully, I have grown so much and I know that the growth is going to continue because you can't not grow on a team like this.
