Helping Others Achieve Their Dreams #richardcanfield #podcast #infinitebanking #jaysonlowe

I remember you could bring anything you wanted to Ray, and he would want to do whatever he could to cause that to come to pass. Which, of course, you read in leadership books, right? Like, that's the essence of a great leader, is casting vision, allowing other people to dive in and achieve their dreams through your leadership. The difference between Ray is that it was an unlearned trait. That's what is so unique about it was an unlearned trait. It was actually natural to him to do that, and it was just reaffirmed with, you know, what he learned. That was just kind of the guy that he was. I married into the family, and I only got to know the older version of Ray, where most of that insecurity had fallen by the wayside. And what was left was primarily just, I would love to watch you achieve your dreams. That sounds exciting to me.
