This is a YouTube video titled "Ascendant Financial’s Genuine Culture" featuring Richard Canfield speaking about the authentic openness and teamwork culture at Ascendant Financial, emphasizing genuine concern and collaboration among team members. The content is a monologue by Richard Canfield recorded in June 2025.

What do you think people looking on the outside in don't see about how we work together at ascendant? It's that genuine openness, and it's not an act. I think they're definitely not exposed to the openness and the sharing components and the genuine fact that when someone says that they're concerned about what's going on or they're showing emotion, they're genuinely concerned or they're genuinely wanted to help somebody and help the teammates and do better. I understand what the definition of team means. You're not going to achieve this on your own. You can be a lone wolf all day long, but event, eventually you're going to break down.
