A short excerpt from a YouTube video titled "If you Believe in Liberty for Poland Story | Lawrence Reed" (uploaded by Richard Canfield) recounts an illegal radio station in Poland. The speakers describe operational constraints — they could broadcast only "eight or 10 minutes at a time" before moving to avoid detection and eventual arrest — and a tactic to confirm listeners: asking supporters to blink their lights as a signal.

"Eight or 10 minutes"

Think about it.
You know this is.
An illegal.
Radio station.
You can't.
Broadcast for.
Very long before.
You have to tear it down, take it someplace else so you're not detected.
By the government and arrested, which they ultimately were, by the way.
In any event, Sophia answered that question. How did you know if people were listening? With the following.

Well, we wondered that, too. We could only broadcast eight or 10 minutes at a time before having to tear it down, go someplace else, and.
Set it up again.
But one night we asked people, if you believe in.
Liberty for Poland, the.
Message of this radio station.
Please blink.
Your lights.
And then, she.
Said, we went to.
The window, and for hours all.
Of Warsaw was blinking.
