A brief monologue by Richard Canfield criticizing government use of taxpayer funds. Canfield argues the government doesn’t possess its own money but uses citizens’ Social Security/Social Insurance numbers to take money and spend it—often on activities he calls "crap"—and questions whether all government spending truly benefits citizens, warning that unchecked spending risks harm due to lack of controls.

The government doesn't have any money. The only thing it has is it has your social insurance number or your Social Security number in the United States. It has a method of being able to basically take your money and use it to pay for all their crap. They're trying to justify that the crap that they're doing is actually for you and your benefit. Sure, some of it is, and some of it does actually benefit you. But does all of it benefit you? I would submit that it does not. If you take the chains off and you just let them run willy nilly doing whatever they want, the likelihood that there's going to be some damage is very much. There's no control mechanisms over the way that all this capital is going to be spent.
