Richard Canfield explains that infinite banking extends beyond money to health, mindset, reading, opportunities, and connections. He references Nelson's idea that treating something as finite imposes limits, while the infinite is defined by what the mind can conceive.

One thing I really appreciate about what you shared, Scott, what comes up for me, based on some of the things that you've indicated, is you're really describing, I think for our listeners, what the infinite component of infinite banking is. It's everything that's outside of the financial actually, to a large degree. You talked about health, you talked about the way that you're thinking, the books that you're reading, the opportunities that are showing up, the connections that are being made, just the general feeling that you have, the peace of mind. There's so many layers to what you just described. My belief is that that's a lot of what the infinite is that Nelson was talking about. He would say that the reason as soon as something is finite, you put limitations on it. The whole idea of infinite is that it's limitless. And the thing that is limitless is the bounds of our own brain, what it can conceive and it can comprehend. And that's really why he chose that as the inspiration for the title of what he called this Thing.
